It was a complete disaster, not a hospital! I went with my boyfriend, who has been struggling with severe stomach pain for two days. Sunday, 2:30 p.m., and before the doctor arrived, I could have shopped at Biedronka with the huge line of people. It was a disaster! After the IV and medication, nothing helped, and in fact, it got worse. So we decided to go back. All we heard was, "Why did we come?" And this hospital is a disaster.

On Friday morning, my dad had an accident at work – he tore a muscle in his arm. A friend had to take him to the ER because of the severe pain. There, he was told that an orthopedist would handle the matter more quickly, so he went there, even though it was still closed. When he returned to the ER, he was examined and diagnosed with a torn muscle. They put a sling on him, but without any tests, just based on the examination. He received an urgent referral to an orthopedist. The receptionist told him that since he had suffered an injury and had come from the ER, he could go directly to the office. So he went in to ask if he could be seen today. The doctor said that wasn't possible and that he should register first. When my dad tried to explain that no one was there, he was told to go to the receptionist. He returned, but the receptionist said she couldn't schedule him because there were no available appointments and sent him back to the office. When he arrived, the office was empty. He waited for several minutes until the woman in the treatment room finally informed him that the doctor had already left because there were no patients. My dad rarely seeks medical help. He only does so when the situation is serious. And yet, he was bounced from door to door, injured, in pain, and without any real help. I'm embittered by the situation. How many patients are treated like this? On Wednesday, my dad is going to the doctor, where he will receive real help.

It was a complete disaster. We went to the ER two days ago because my daughter tore off her entire natural nail, which is only held on by the tip. The ER doctor lectured us more than she did anything. Long nails are common among teenagers. She just put on a new band-aid and complained why we didn't go to the clinic, but we kept bothering her in the ER. Pus started leaking yesterday, the finger was swollen and hot, and an infection had set in. We went to the doctor today, and he said we should have gotten medication right away in the ER, not today, when the infection had already set in. I don't recommend it.

This hospital is a complete disaster. The facilities are awful, the food is disgusting, especially the gynecology ward. My wife was shaking in the ward after giving birth, uncovered. I asked the staff there to cover her up, but they didn't. There's no empathy whatsoever. They treat mothers like garbage! The baby was taken away immediately after birth, without skin-to-skin contact with the mother. I don't recommend this ward or this hospital!
