The hospital isn't the same place it was 20 years ago. It has a modern interior, spacious corridors, clean restrooms, and courteous medical and nursing staff. CT scans, MRIs, and modern ultrasounds are commonplace here today. Everything's fine, but the National Health Fund (NFZ) has failed the sick. Patients have to wait too long; it's indecent and reprehensible.

I'm not satisfied with the overnight care. I went to the doctor this afternoon because I have the flu and a sore throat. I was met by an older doctor with glasses. She stuck a stick down my throat, tried it twice, and then complained that I had a gag reflex, which I had no control over. If she's sticking a stick all the way down my throat, it's probably no wonder. She told me I wouldn't be examined and she wouldn't prescribe anything for me. I left the office in tears. I came for help, but I didn't get it.

Sor, this is a disaster. With a small child (1.5 years old) who vomits terribly. You can't wait for someone to open the door and tell you what to do next (they just giggle in the office). Night care is there, no one is there, wait, it's called a wind in the field. I don't recommend it.

Trzy dni temu byłam na nocnym dyżurze,ponieważ dziecko gorączkowało od kilku dni ,kaszlało i miało katar,pani młoda w ciemnych włosach stwierdziła anginę. Dziś byłam również bo moje dziecko zaczęło się dusić, wymiotowac i miała biegunkę,tym razem była pani starsza w kręconych włosach. Przyjęła nas z uśmiechem mimo późnej pory, zbadała tak jak powinien lekarz. Okazało się że dziecko nie ma żadnej anginę bo gardło ma czyste a po dwóch dniach wątpię aby jej przeszło. Kazała odstawić antybiotyk bo to pewnie on tak zadziałał. Tragedia dość że człowiek idzie tam już w ostateczności bo patrzą na ciebie jak nie wiadomo na co to jeszcze nie potrafi stwierdzić co dziecku jest. TRAGEDIA. A Panią doktor z dzisiejszego nocnego dyżuru pozdrawiam bo bardzo miła ,usmiechnieta konkretna Kobieta.
