  Today around 10:00 a.m., an ambulance from Biskupiec came to pick up an elderly lady. Everything was great! But you take used gloves with you, DRIVER, not trash. DISGUSTING! For information, the driver of the ambulance purchased by EGGER!

  As you know, there are two elevators in the hospital: 1. on the left for staff (staff transport containers with dirty clothes, medical waste, and patient food to the wards) 2. on the right for patients/visitors The elevator on the right is out of order. And here's the situation yesterday: 4th floor, orthopedic ward: A patient with a visible metatarsal injury, using crutches, wants to get to the ground floor. Stairs are out of the question, impossible, and even if they were, it's inadvisable. The elevator is out of order. The only remaining elevator is the staff elevator. The patient then approaches the staff elevator (while one of the staff members is transporting containers with dirty clothes), stands there and waits for a good 15 minutes for the elevator to arrive, barely able to stand. Finally, after 15 minutes, the elevator arrives, the doors open, and the patient tries to get in. At that moment, a staff member emerges and forcefully pulls a huge metal container into the elevator. Luckily, he noticed the patient at the last minute and asked if he wanted to take the elevator, and the patient got on and went down. But what if the employee had been so absorbed in work that he hadn't noticed the patient? The patient would have been grounded. And this raises a few questions for the Director: 1. How do you plan to prevent these situations? This is certainly not the first time this has happened. 2. When will the patient elevator be operational? It's unthinkable that patients, especially those with orthopedic injuries, would have to wait for employees to finish transporting containers and food so they could freely get from one floor to another. 3. If there's no money in the budget for elevator maintenance, perhaps the Director is unable to properly manage the facility and should resign? Or is this a deliberate action? The facility's motto is: PATIENT HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OUR PRIMARY GOAL. Yesterday's situation was a contradiction of the above statement. The current management team is arguably the worst in the hospital's history.

  Friendly staff. I came with my daughter for an appointment at the Orthopedic Surgery clinic. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bartosz Bohdankiewicz and Dr. Michał Jarocki. They are excellent specialists! Quick diagnosis and accurate treatment. The doctors are friendly, specific, and explain the entire treatment process in detail. Even though we came with CRMO, a very difficult condition to treat, the doctors immediately took action to effectively treat it. I recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable orthopedist.

  I had the "pleasure" of spending some time in the gynecology ward. The nurses were very pleasant and helpful. The ward was well-maintained, everything was spotlessly clean, and there was nothing to criticize. Compared to hospitals in Olsztyn, this one truly deserves the highest rating.

  Thank you to the entire staff for their excellent approach to patients. I don't have such a pleasant experience at home, even on your ward. I'll send mine to you to loosen up a bit. Thank you to Dr. Raus. A professional with charisma and a smile on his face. He kept me stress-free during surgery. If anything happens to me, the first thing I'll ask is to be taken to Biskupiec. (I'm from Olsztyn.) Thank you again from the bottom of my heart.
