I'll tell you about my impressions of this hospital visit. I live 40 km from Czarnków. My family doctor referred me to a surgeon and diagnosed me with suspected early-stage appendicitis. I'm over 50. I arrived at the hospital at 1:00 PM. This was my first time there, and I'm Ukrainian. I decided to ask the first staff member I saw where to go with the referral. A very nice woman in a light green coat was in a hurry, but when I asked, she quickly told me to follow her. She led me to the surgical ward, straight to the doctors. They were probably changing shifts. One doctor was resting, another was finishing his shift, and one seemed to be the main one because he told one of the other doctors to attend to me. The bespectacled doctor, tall, slim, with gray hair, looked a bit disgruntled, and asked me why I was here with my "card" (with the referral)? But he took me to the "Reception Room" and instructed me on how to properly register me, perform tests, and assign me to a ward. The kind, professional, and friendly ladies explained everything to me, drew blood, and suggested I lie down if I felt unwell. A few dozen minutes later, the doctor arrived with the test results and took me to the ward. At the ward's reception desk, a senior nurse and a Ukrainian-speaking nurse registered me. They explained all my symptoms and helped me fill out a questionnaire. The doctor immediately examined me again and palpated my abdomen. After 15 minutes, on the first day, I had a four-component IV drip (I'll post a photo in the general photos), and it was Friday, and the drips lasted until evening. I wasn't allowed to eat. The next morning, Saturday, I had more IVs, a medical examination, a visit, and was allowed to eat lunch and dinner. My condition improved. The pain on palpation disappeared, and my stools are normal. There's no bloating. The nurses are very kind, and they changed twice in three days. They all performed their duties professionally. They cared not only for me but also for my roommate and other elderly patients. Delicious lunches and breakfasts were provided, tailored to each patient's dietary needs.

CT scan room. The reception staff is very polite! They care about the patient's well-being! They offer helpful advice even in bad weather. While observing various procedures being performed there, the patient service was very efficient and caring – the staff approached and helped patients. In addition, the equipment is apparently good (I'm no expert here). Great respect

A year ago, I was a patient in the surgical ward for gallbladder problems, and my opinion after that stay was 5/5. Now, I've been a patient in the surgical ward again, and my opinion hasn't changed. The doctors are professional and empathetic, always available to explain everything to patients, even several times. The nurses are wonderful and helpful – there's nothing to complain about, as the care provided in this ward is top-notch.

I would like to sincerely thank the entire ER staff for their professional and prompt assistance. My admission went smoothly, and Dr. Popowicz's diagnosis was accurate. Medications were administered promptly. Tests were performed without delay, and the nurses demonstrated tremendous kindness and care.

I arrived in person at 11:45 AM with a serious finger injury from the previous day. The nail was partially detached, and there was severe redness, swelling, fluid oozing, and difficulty moving the finger, which could indicate infection or bone damage. Despite the visible signs of the injury and the fact that the clinic was still open, I was refused registration or any assistance. I was completely ignored—without any attempt to examine me, schedule an appointment for a later time, or redirect me to another facility. I consider this treatment of a patient to be a gross neglect of medical duties, a violation of the right to healthcare, and a risk of deterioration of my health.
