The women at the reception desk treat people worse than animals. They can't provide any information, they're rude, surly, and neurotic. I went back three times for a simple blood test, and it took them over two hours in total because no one knew anything and couldn't direct me to the right place. Patients shouldn't be treated this way, especially when you're paying such a huge sum to the National Health Fund. Someone should give them a course in culture and some basic human relations. Pregnant women are treated worse than cattle there. You can feel the huge contrast, especially when you return to Poland from abroad. I absolutely advise against it and go to Poznań if you can. They might treat people more empathetically and normally there.

The emergency physician is a wonderful, empathetic person. The young, blonde woman at the front desk is a terrible woman. It's scary to think what will happen in 20 years, with so much hatred at that age. I also work in customer service, and no matter how I feel, I can't imagine treating a customer like that. I don't recommend it; it's a terribly disrespectful approach.

I had an umbilical hernia repair. I'm impressed with the care provided by the entire hospital team; they deserve special mention! Everyone is very kind and helpful, everything is clean, and it's clear they do it out of passion, not necessity. I let the intern put on a cannula (everyone has to learn at some point). Bravo for your willingness and professionalism! Thank you so much for your care!

Aldona Nowicka proved to be an exceptionally competent and dedicated social worker. During my hospital stay, she helped me in a matter-of-fact, specific, and quick manner—she immediately suggested the best solutions to a difficult situation. She is kind, courteous, and truly focused on the well-being of others. If all social workers operated with such professionalism, social support would be completely different. I am very pleased with the help I received and believe the world needs more people like Aldona.
