  I’m so thankful to the entire GYN staff for taking such good care of me during my hospital stay. Everyone was kind, professional, and respectful, and I always felt that my privacy was valued. Even though I’m a foreigner and don’t speak Polish fluently, I never once felt uncomfortable or left out. The nurses, midwives, and doctors made sure I understood everything and felt supported every step of the way. A special thanks to Dr. Marcin Sodowski for his guidance, patience, and compassion it truly meant a lot to me during such a sensitive time.   What is this for a dirty hospital. Doctor and sister have all not a heart.. Very very bad and dirty... 5 hours waiting for 5 minuten... Skandal Hospital.. I see never on the earth so a hospital. Africa have better hospitals... Shame

  I wholeheartedly recommend the Endoscopy Clinic at the Municipal Hospital in Siemianowice Śląskie. From the very beginning, I felt cared for and treated with great respect. The anesthesiologist was extremely kind, calm, and very professional – she thoroughly explained the anesthesia process, allayed my concerns, and ensured my comfort. After the examination, Dr. Straszak came to see me personally and thoroughly explained the results and further recommendations. He took the time to answer all my questions, and did so in a way that was understandable and friendly, which is extremely important for a patient. The nurses also deserve special recognition – they are full of empathy, warmth, and concern. Both before and after the procedure, they regularly asked all patients how they were feeling, responded to every need, and created an atmosphere of safety. The entire team works at the highest level – professional, but above all, humane. Thank you for such excellent care.

  My grandmother stayed in the rehabilitation unit and is very happy with the care she received. The staff was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. This made her feel safe and well-cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend this unit.

  I had a colonoscopy under the National Health Fund (NFZ) program for colon cancer screening after 50. First, an interview with the anesthesiologist, whose first question was whether you'd had a colonoscopy in the last 10 years. If so, you're no longer eligible (ridiculous). Second, other questions were okay. But as I looked, I noticed her apron was caked with feces. Where was the hygiene? The procedure was supposed to be under general anesthesia, but I got a stupid "Jaś" (Johnny). I felt everything, no pain. And the icing on the cake: Dr. Straszak, a complete jerk with a lack of patient care. His opinion was, "You have polyps on your colon, but I won't remove them for you, and I won't argue with you because I have other patients." I've had polyps removed before at another hospital, and their procedure is to take samples for oncological analysis, and remove up to 10 mm; larger ones require a consultation. Dr. Straszak completely ignored the procedure. He didn't take a sample or remove the polyps. He didn't provide instructions for further treatment. He wrote in the description that bleeding might occur and he wouldn't undertake it. In a regular hospital, it's a routine procedure, but with a rude doctor on the National Health Fund, he doesn't have the time, but I suspect he would undertake the procedure privately. I don't recommend this pseudo-gastroenterologist and the filthy anesthesiologist. Only the nurses are very kind and helpful. I regret my decision to undergo the procedure at this hospital; never again.
