  My name is Yuliya Sakalouskaya, and I gave birth on February 10th. I'm writing this review with a huge sense of gratitude. I sincerely thank all the staff who were with me in the antenatal, labor, and postpartum wards. I'm absolutely thrilled that my situation turned out this way (I was discharged from the hospital in Oława on Monday with a referral for labor induction on February 12th), but my little one decided to come into the world on his own, and we had no choice. Giving birth at your hospital was probably the brightest, most beautiful, and most fulfilling experience we could have had. I'd like to express my special thanks to the doctors, midwives, and anesthesiologist. Unfortunately, I have a poor memory for names, so I only remember midwife Natalia and Dr. Marina. However, my gratitude goes to all the medical staff who were with us on the day of our baby's birth, from admission until discharge. Thank you for your bright, friendly, and smiling faces, for your approach, composure, calmness, help, and tremendous support. Your teamwork deserves the highest praise. I'm Belarusian, and for me, the hospitality of your maternity ward is the most beautiful reward. You're not scary, you're not in pain. You are professionals with a capital "P." I wish you and your families all the best. P.S.   I wholeheartedly recommend the Plastic Surgery/Hand Surgery Department. I am very pleased with the care I received. The entire medical staff made me feel safe and well-cared for throughout my stay.   I rate my hospital stay (Trauma and Orthopedics Ward) as very high quality. From day one, I felt I was in good hands. The nurses are delightful – always helpful, kind, and responsive to every patient's needs. The doctors demonstrate complete professionalism and have a great approach, explaining every step of the treatment, which provides a tremendous sense of comfort and security. Thanks to this level of care, my stay was peaceful and stress-free. I thank the entire staff for their dedication and kindness.

  The surroundings and proximity to the hospital are beautiful. However, the interior of the orthopedic and trauma ward has seen its glory days and is in urgent need of renovation. The patient bathrooms are cramped and in poor condition. The shower head is missing a nozzle. The sink is torn. The floor is ugly. The attendants are downright rude. The nurses prefer to talk about flowers to checking on patients (a duck lying on the floor for several hours). They are irritated that they are being called. Very rude. I'm sorry to write this; these are the facts. Dr. Wojciech Kukier defends the hospital's honor and his positive approach to patients. I'm currently feeling better after lumbar surgery. I would gladly choose this doctor again. Never this hospital.
