I had a positive experience with all the staff during my entire stay at the hospital. Most of the personnel speak English, which made everything more comfortable. Everyone was well-coordinated, professional, and provided all the information I needed. Each step was clearly explained, so I always knew what was happening — and that was very important to me throughout the process. People were also very kind, which made a big difference. We used the services of a dedicated midwife, Natalia, as well as a private room after the birth. It was very comfortable for us and definitely worth it. We’re glad we had the option and chose to use this extra service. I’m truly thankful to all the doctors, nurses, midwives, and everyone else who took care of me (and us) throughout the whole process!

As two foreigners, with some basic knowledge of the Polish language we have to say this hospital gave us the dream experience for giving birth to our first child. There are not enough words to express our happiness. From the beginning, when shown the hospital and delivery department, we felt extremely welcome and helped by Daria. We could always contact her with any questions we had. On the day of delivery we had multiple people taking care of us. Unfortunately we only remember the doctors name, Paulina, who spoke not only Polish and English, but also Spanish and Italian. The midwife was extremely caring as well as the anestesista and all other nurses. We had a private room booked which was cleaned multiple times per day, the food was very good and all people spoke very good English and really tried there outmost best to help, assist or provide us with whatever we needed. Definitely would recommend and will also go back to this hospital for our second child.

I had a very positive birthing experience here. Thanks to all the nurses, midwives, doctors. They are very positive and encouraging. The location is also perfect. And if you're looking for a private room, definitely their rooms/apartments are the best in Kraków I can assure you that. EDIT: The food was very tasty and the ladies who brought it were really nice. The same with the cleaning ladies, all nice!

I am sorry for Polish people who thinks this hospital is good. You got used to poor standards. Ladies in post partum has to clean dishes after theirself because their loved ones only allowed to stay 5 hours no one helps those ladies in recovery and pain. The bald guy in the reception is rude using "kurwa" word to the visitors. Some people said food is good only my dog would love such food.

Very positive birthing experience at the hospital. All the hospital staff, doctors, nurses, midwives, kitchen and cleaning staff have been so helpful and always so cheerful during the stay at hospital. Apartment are also the best facility in the hospital. Very well maintained and clean place.
