  I've been a patient at this facility my entire life. It's well-run and organized. The staff is highly qualified – the registration desk is polite and always ready to help. They offer a wide range of specialists. The clinic is always clean and sterile. I'm truly satisfied, especially since I've had experience with medical facilities that, unfortunately, don't always meet the above criteria.

  I've been a patient at this clinic since birth, but my visit with Dr. Anna Sztuczka-Smrek was an experience unlike any I've ever experienced. It's hard to call the assessment of lesions on my face and arms conducted solely from behind a desk a thorough examination. The doctor interrupted me twice and answered my questions with obvious reluctance – I got the impression that there was a limit to the number of questions, beyond which politeness ceased. Only after I explicitly asked did the doctor agree to examine the mole on my back, showing irritation and pretentiously asking why I hadn't undressed yet – without giving any instructions. A doctor should instruct a patient in a way that ensures their comfort and safety, yet in the office, I simply felt I didn't want to be there. I experienced disrespect that violated my dignity. The facility officially recognized my complaint as justified and apologized for the doctor's behavior. While I have no complaints about the clinic itself, I strongly advise against this particular doctor. It's a pity that I had to fight for respect through official letters.

  I highly recommend Dr. Grzegorz Gad – he's an exceptional specialist with extensive knowledge, experience, and empathy. From the very first visit, you can feel his complete professionalism and personalized approach to each patient. He explains everything thoroughly, patiently answers questions, and inspires great trust. It's clear he truly cares about his patients' health. I haven't met such a dedicated and kind doctor in a long time. Furthermore, the clinic has gained my trust since he started working there. I wholeheartedly recommend him – I wish there were more specialists like him.

  This is a clinic I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone. The receptionists are polite and eager to help, and the entire staff has a friendly and professional approach to patients. Dr. Grzegorz Gad deserves special mention. He listens patiently and handles my case with complete dedication and a high level of professional knowledge. His empathy and willingness to help made me feel truly cared for, and I will definitely return to see him. I wish there were more doctors like him!

  I'm very pleased with the clinic's operation, starting with the helpful receptionists. Dr. Gad, my primary care physician, listened to everything and referred me for further testing. The other specialists were also very positive. The nurses who performed the ECG and blood draw were also very friendly, and the blood draw was painless. I personally recommend Świat Zdrowia.
