Total disrespect for the patient! My appointment for a blood draw was canceled because the "lady at the collection point" didn't like the tone of her voice. I made a private appointment through PZU Health, but I wasn't given proper information about the appointment time (it's the only facility in Łódź where blood draws are scheduled for an hour). The receptionist informed me of this but decided the appointment could go ahead even though I arrived a bit late. Upon entering the treatment room, the woman rudely stated that "you come at your own time." I explained that if I had known, I would have come, and the woman said she didn't like my tone of voice because I was yelling at her (I'm wearing a mask due to the risk of injury; after suffering from pneumonia and being hospitalized in serious condition, I speak in a loud voice). I said I didn't want such comments, so the woman started yelling that there was a patient scheduled for 40 PM and I was taking his seat. I told her it was 45 PM and no one was outside because I could wait. She decided I wouldn't yell at her and literally "threw" me out of the room! I was there for another 15 minutes and no one showed up, so the woman could have performed the service—but she "didn't like" the patient. This is reprehensible treatment of patients! This woman shouldn't be allowed to work with people, and certainly not with patients struggling with health problems. I won't let this matter go; this kind of treatment of a patient is unacceptable. Due to her health issues, she performs blood tests several times a week at various facilities and hospitals, and I've never encountered such disrespect for a patient—and this is a fundamental right protected by law. Most importantly, the facility confirmed that the appointment was completed, which means the referral was used and the test couldn't be performed elsewhere!

Hello, I'm not satisfied. I'll explain why. I called on Monday, December 8, 2025, and scheduled my mother for a paid blood draw. The doctor scheduled my mother for December 12, 2025, at 8:30 AM. Of course, we arrived a little earlier that day, handing over the documents to see my mother. The doctor stated that she wasn't scheduled, even though she wasn't, since I called. Then I told the doctor at the reception desk to go and see if she could see me at 10:40 AM. "I'm making an appointment in advance (no appointments)." "I won't ask for an appointment at 8:30 AM at 10:40 AM because I'm working, and that's not why you take a morning appointment. I'm only writing because my mother needs the results of her contrast-enhanced X-rays for Monday." I also don't like that the government is causing problems with issuing my mother's regular medications. It's not my mother's fault that there are 28 tablets in the package and the month can be as long as 31 days, and you calculate how many tablets she takes because of your system, she doesn't sleep for several days and has to suffer because her medication isn't issued.

I highly recommend Dr. Glińska, an ophthalmologist. She's completely professional and the visit was incredibly comfortable. She performs the examination in a pleasant atmosphere and answers all questions thoroughly and completely. The receptionists are polite and try to schedule appointments as quickly as possible.

The internists are fine; Dr. Jeżewska and Dr. Skowron are fantastic. However, I don't recommend ultrasounds at all; the visit lasted a maximum of 1.5 minutes. The doctor completely refused to examine the area of pain. He said it was probably the intestine and needed a colonoscopy. A friend of mine had the same test a month earlier and immediately ordered a colonoscopy. Also, Dr. Paweł, who specializes in ultrasound, is a complete failure.
