Online registration is hopeless. If I'm seeing a doctor and he tells me to come back in a week for a checkup, etc., I can't book an appointment right away; I have to book it the same day the doctor sees me. I call at 7:30 a.m., wait a long time, and I still can't book an appointment because they're already full... Paranoia.

Unfortunately, doctors who work at the clinic divide patients into good and bad—acquaintances and strangers. When you come for help, all you expect from a doctor is just that—help. Not to listen to this or that. Thanks to Ms. Wilkanowicz, who didn't even bother to look at the "problem," the next day, when I came back for help, it was so bad that they had to administer an injection on the spot to prevent suffocation. But that same day, the doctor had no problem seeing someone else out of turn with a big smile. Unfortunately, I didn't have that chance. If it weren't for the help of the women in the treatment room, I don't know when I would have gotten to see a doctor who was willing to help. I have enormous respect and gratitude for them, and for Ms. Wilkanowicz—I'm speechless.

Dr. K. Śniecia is an excellent family doctor. He is extremely thorough, listens carefully to his patients, and always takes the appropriate amount of time to explain the problem and treatment. He is professional, committed, and empathetic. Visits are conducted in a calm, friendly atmosphere, and his diagnoses are accurate and reliable. I highly recommend him.

The ladies at Coordinated Care are incredibly kind and helpful. They answered all my questions, guided me, and above all, showed me so much understanding and warmth. I'm very pleased! The entire clinic deserves 5 stars; the staff is wonderful and very friendly.
