  This review concerns a visit to the vaccination center at Medicus Grójec on January 14, 2026, with my teenage daughter. I work in healthcare, and I have never encountered such a blatant lack of empathy, respect, and professionalism from the nursing staff, either in my job or as a patient. Problems arose even when scheduling an appointment. For three days, I was transferred through the registration desk to a number that didn't answer, despite numerous attempts at various times of the day. Only after I intervened did one of the receptionists personally agree to give my phone number to the vaccination nurse, and we finally managed to make an appointment. While weighing my daughter, the nurse commented on her clothing, which was completely inappropriate. My daughter was wearing a T-shirt and a short hoodie, which she wore only to quickly remove for the vaccination. Comments were made like, "How girls dress these days." "If I had a daughter that age, she wouldn't be wearing that." The attire was appropriate and not offensive, and judging it was absolutely beyond the nurse's remit. I refrained from commenting so as not to worsen the atmosphere before the vaccination. My daughter is afraid of needles. She was clearly nervous, shaking, but she didn't scream, cry, or behave in a way that would disrupt the work. When I told her she didn't like needles, the nurse reacted in a raised, inappropriate tone, saying, among other things, that my daughter needed to "get over herself" and that she "needed to leave." My daughter, very stressed, smiled nervously with tears in her eyes, to which the nurse began shouting that "she wasn't in the mood to laugh." During the vaccination, the nurse rudely told me to hold my daughter's hand, even though there was no need, as she was sitting quietly. More comments followed, like "Loosen your hand!!" After the vaccination, the nurse began to lecture my daughter in a raised, inappropriate tone, suggesting her behavior was unacceptable. At this point, I reacted calmly, saying that the child had a right to be afraid. In response, the nurse began yelling at me, ironically saying, "I'm terribly rude," and then, and I quote, "What do you think, we're not going to be picking on everyone here." The nurse later explained, raising her voice, that she was deliberately saying this to "rearrange something in the child's head." To this day, I don't know exactly what she meant, whether it was that my daughter should be more afraid of the staff than of the vaccination itself. Because if that was her goal, it was unfortunately achieved. When she tried to instruct my daughter about the baking soda compress, I made it clear that we would manage on our own, since she wasn't my only child. I really wanted to end this very unpleasant visit. In response, I heard a shout that "she doesn't care how many children I have." Finally, after my "goodbye," the nurse uttered a loud "thank you," which was another sign of her lack of manners. After leaving the office, I also noticed that the vaccination records contained only an illegible initial in place of the signature of the person administering the vaccination. According to applicable regulations, medical records should clearly identify the person administering the service. If the initial is illegible and does not allow for identification of the staff, it constitutes an irregularity, regardless of whether a stamp is used. If this were the case with my younger child, 3.5 years old, I would leave the office without administering the vaccination, so that the person would not be traumatized for life. Even though my daughter only has one vaccination left, I am taking her records and transferring them to another clinic. I work in healthcare and I wholeheartedly state that such behavior by staff should not occur in any medical facility, let alone at a vaccination center for children and adolescents. It was a terrible, stressful, and humiliating visit, for both the child and the parent. I'm also wondering where else I can report this situation, as I believe it should not go unaddressed. I strongly advise against it. Avoid this place completely.

  I'm so grateful to Dr. Vasylyna Hryszkanych for helping me cope with an illness I hadn't even considered, even though it had been plaguing me for several years. Thank you, Mrs. Vasylyna, for your help. I thought nothing would surprise me, but I'm truly surprised by how competent the doctor is and how quickly she helped me recover! With great respect, a grateful patient!

  If it weren't for Dr. Rakoczy, my rating would be a maximum of two stars. The wait for an appointment was always about a week or two. When I needed information, the receptionist referred me to the nurse, who remained silent for days, regardless of the time I tried to contact her. Fortunately, Dr. Igor Rakoczy saves the day, in my opinion, with this clinic. His respect for his patients, his evident interest in them, his medical knowledge, and his inquisitiveness to make a correct diagnosis rather than prescribing antibiotics, is truly admirable. I recommend him to everyone! :)
