  I'd like to point out that contacting the clinic by phone is very difficult. Getting through is next to impossible; you can be on hold for up to an hour without getting through. It's truly frustrating, especially when the matter is urgent or you just want to cancel your appointment. I think implementing a text message confirmation system and the ability to cancel appointments via text message would be a significant improvement. This is standard practice in many clinics these days and would significantly improve organization and reduce the burden on the phone lines.

  Since the beginning of this year, I've been trying to contact the front desk by phone to schedule an appointment with an endocrinologist. Everything works fine until I get through to the main reception desk, but when I'm redirected to a separate reception desk that handles appointments with this specialist, it's a disaster. No one has answered my call for two weeks after the transfer.

  I'm very disappointed with the approach of the Świat Zdrowia clinic in Skierniewice on Reymonta Street. I can't get help with making an appointment for my eighteen-month-old child, either by phone or in person. I'm always referred to other clinics – Maków or Żelazna – even though that's where we're registered. The most frustrating thing is that upon entering the clinic, there's no sign of activity – the waiting room is empty, and yet I'm told "the child can't be seen." This gives the impression that the staff is disinterested in patients and prefers to spend time with themselves instead of helping. I believe this is not how clinics should operate, especially when dealing with young children. I sincerely hope that someone in management will address this issue and improve their workflow and approach to patients.

  Complete disappointment. How can they schedule an occupational medicine appointment for 8 a.m. with a 29-year-old number?!!!!! Will someone in management come to their senses and establish a schedule, or at least time slots?!!! 29 people for almost one hour. Absolutely! Everyone at the same time. Another issue is that after 3 a.m., the 10th number only showed up!!!! What a mess and a huge lack of organization! The money is in line with contracts with employers and PZU. Bravo!

  I don't understand the negative comments, I made an appointment for occupational health checkup today with number 23 and the nice lady at the reception immediately told me to be there at 11:30...
