  I was appalled by the behavior of the gynecologist, Mr. S., during the first visit. I was delighted, if I may say so... but during the second, he crossed the line of ethics and personal culture... He knows what I'm talking about. I ask patients not to allow themselves to be overshadowed by a doctor's authority in purely personal... aesthetic matters... Besides, why keep asking about my sexual life unless I'm coming in with that problem? I've lived for 62 years, and no gynecologist has ever asked me such a question in a suspicious tone every visit... I won't see him again because he behaved outrageously by questioning the fact of hair removal. He should educate himself in certain areas and not bring up this topic in front of a patient lying on a box, because it was very humiliating. I have no complaints about the clinic or the receptionists.

  It's a tragedy – there will be a complaint and consequences. I'm criticizing the clinics here, meaning the reception desk and the two supposed "midwives" who work in the gynecology clinic. I'm not judging Dr. Paul, though, because doctors should have a separate section for reviews. He's a wonderful, kind, and friendly doctor. The receptionists and midwives – two very old ladies – a disgrace! I don't recommend it... If it weren't for the doctor, I wouldn't be going to this clinic at all! I'm 39 weeks pregnant and about to give birth. I'm going to the hospital in a few hours. I've been there my entire pregnancy and have had very bad experiences with the receptionists. I was there today, and these women, especially in the gynecology department, are a disaster. They don't smile, show empathy, or show sympathy for pregnant women. They don't keep track of the queue and don't give priority to pregnant women – while other rude men and women barge in even when they see a 9-month-old belly! Ignoring and downplaying pain and various symptoms during pregnancy... that it's just how it is, that pregnancy isn't an illness, and that she's seeing the doctor too often? What's it to them? They're the ones in line, not us? Besides, not once during my entire pregnancy did they ask if anything was wrong, if I was having contractions, or how I was feeling! You need to be fired! You burnt-out old women!

  I highly don't recommend this place. Upon entering the office, the doctor, an ophthalmologist, jumped on me because I hadn't been vaccinated against COVID. She insisted she shouldn't see me at all because she was putting herself at risk. Despite an urgent referral, she asked why I had come to her and that if other doctors weren't available and weren't seeing me, she shouldn't either. Of course, I could have said this over the phone; it would have saved me time; I had called ahead, of course. I was utterly shocked at how people could be treated this way. It was a terrible trauma; I will avoid this office completely. It's a shame that people have to pay taxes and be subjected to such treatment, and in the event of an emergency, they are left without help. I wonder how this same doctor behaves during private visits. I definitely don't recommend it...

  I've been going to the ophthalmologist for several years now. She's a very nice person. As for the receptionist, I've never had a problem calling or rescheduling an appointment, and I've never seen her drinking coffee. I highly recommend this clinic.
