Although I'm skeptical about the healthcare system being affected by COVID-19, which didn't happen, I must admit that the staff aren't forced to work here. They're satisfied that they helped you. Therefore, I don't lump everyone together and sincerely recommend Świat Zdrowia.

Unfortunately, I must share a very unpleasant experience with the service at this clinic. My mother encountered unprofessional and unacceptable behavior from the receptionist, who—despite making the mistake herself—raised her tone and treated the patient rudely. We expect medical facilities to be places where patients are treated with respect and empathy, but unfortunately, in this case, it was quite the opposite. This type of behavior is unacceptable and casts a shadow over the entire clinic. I hope the management takes appropriate steps to prevent similar situations in the future. I do not recommend this clinic if you value friendly and professional service.

I mainly come here with my child to see the pediatrician. I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The receptionists are nice, as are the nurses and doctors.
