We needed an ultrasound of the spinal cord of our 3-month-old baby. We called numerous clinics in the Tricity area and only found the right one in Wejherowo. Thank you for your professionalism and empathy. Excellent care!

I had an appointment for a spine X-ray (scalometry) with my disabled son. I should add that I called a dozen places, and no one wanted to accept a disabled child for a scalometry, even though I'd told him he would be standing but held. I found this medical center, and we came from Gdańsk especially for this. When the technician saw my son, she was worried she wouldn't be able to do it because he moves a lot. I was worried, but after some thought, she came up with a solution and suggested something else. I held my son, and everything worked out. The technician was kind; it was obvious she wanted to help us. She called a friend, also a very nice woman, and in a moment, it was over. The report was supposed to be ready in a week or a week and a half. I asked for an earlier appointment, as I had an appointment in a few days to have my son's brace made. The technician said she'd mention to the doctor that the report was urgent... and surprise! On the way home, I received information that the report was ready. Wow, thank you so much for handling the matter so quickly and for your understanding regarding a disabled, uncooperative child.

Despite the heavy workload, the Sterned staff gritted their teeth and we obtained the MRI report very quickly. The injury was very serious, and the staff showed great empathy, which is rare these days. As you can see, it's possible to reach an understanding with the medical staff. Thank you very much, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, not just to the receptionists but also to the doctors.
