The clinic has recently undergone a revolution on many levels. It's completely 21st century. 🙂 Friendly service, modern and beautiful interior, no lines. All appointments are made on time. Very competent doctors. I finally feel like the doctor is there for the patient, not the other way around. I'm glad I returned to this place and I recommend it!

I'd like to share my positive opinion of the doctor at this clinic. I highly recommend Dr. Anita Olszewska. She devotes as much time as the patient needs and patiently answers all questions, providing reliable information and specific advice. She has a comprehensive approach to the patient and no waiting in lines. She's a very good specialist, and I wish there were more doctors like her at this clinic.

The doctor's door says he's open from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. He's actually open from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., and there's no information on the door about this. Wait 30 minutes early, and you'll be walking in 15 minutes late because the doctor needs to talk. Of course, when you go in, you don't have your ID because the doctor didn't bring it with him from the reception desk... when he returns from the reception desk, the doctor is already examining someone else. The health check involves inserting a cotton swab down your throat for 0.05 seconds. I received a prescription that wasn't fully filled. I think I'm starting to believe in Patrick W.'s Botox movie.

Unfortunately, the waiting times for a doctor are very long, and some doctors only accept commercial services (for a fee), which are often quite high.

I called the registration desk on Thursday and wasn't attended to. I was only told to call back on Monday. Of course, I understand that this may be due to system overload, a high number of patients, etc. Today, Monday, I've already made 10 calls (between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM and 12:15 PM). This disrespectful attitude toward both customers and patients is sad. Perhaps it's worth investing in a system that works, such as online registration, to save time and protect patients' health.
