I had an appointment for a neck ultrasound. I mentioned that I had terrible pain in the back of my neck, but the doctor only examined my thyroid and left it at that. She said there was "no need to examine that area." As a result, I had to spend another 350 złoty on another ultrasound. It's honestly the worst place I've ever been—I go in, say it hurts and needs to be examined, and she says no.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:15, but it's 10:25, and I'm still waiting in the waiting room for Dr. Tomaszewska to kindly see me. Of course, this is normal. You won't get in on time. So what's the point of these hours when doctors just come in whenever they want? Over an hour's delay!

Positive. I'm currently using the National Health Fund-funded surgical clinic and I'm satisfied. Reception and registration are fine. My only comment is that it's very close and I don't understand all the nuances. However, I have no complaints about the medical aspect or accessibility of services.

It's clear the clinic has changed owners. The receptionists are friendly, and the interior has been renovated. There's a wide selection of specialists, including an adult and adolescent psychologist and a psychiatrist. The manager is very helpful.
