I'd like to share my opinion about the radiotherapy department. I've been there 13 times already, with only two more to go. But I especially want to thank Ms. Agata and Mr. Marcin for their help with the procedure, for their smiles, which are so important, and for their empathy. They're simply wonderful, even though it's very hard work. Thank you so much again.

The oncology clinic is a disaster. The doctor arrives two hours late. No respect for the patient. A massive queue is generated by scheduling appointments every 10 minutes. The appointment lasts 5 minutes. My husband, with a mole suspected of cancer, is scheduled for removal. During the appointment, it turns out that Numed doesn't remove moles. So the receptionists don't know they don't perform such procedures. A month and a half wasted waiting for an appointment. Zero apologies. National Health Fund (NFZ) funds were taken for an appointment where the oncologist said he wouldn't remove them. A disaster! Copernicus has a quick appointment and everything is in order. Stay away from Numed!

In short: six weeks of wonderful care. The entire staff, both medical and support, were dedicated to helping patients at all times and in every situation. The nurses cared for us as if we were their own loved ones, with great empathy, smiles, and kind words. Wonderful doctors with passion and immense commitment, for whom we were important people, not a professional obligation, who spoke with us without any barriers. Despite my illness, I felt calm, safe, and truly cared for. Delicious meals, appropriate for individual diets, were served by the always smiling and helpful staff. I'm so grateful for the help and treatment at Nu-Med, from Dr. Pytel, her secretary, to the receptionists and the staff in cabin 1. I enjoyed my stay at the hostel in Spała. The incredible coordination of radiotherapy with transports from Spała is truly commendable. I truly appreciate everyone there who coordinates it all. And the organized transports to various cities for patients returning for the weekend. I'm so grateful to Mr. Konrad, the owner of the transport company, and I can't forget the paramedics and drivers. Thank you so much.

The staff was very empathetic and kind; I felt completely cared for throughout the entire treatment. The doctor, Dr. Owczarek, explained everything thoroughly at each visit. The tests ordered and the treatment delivered the desired results. The team of radiotherapists and technicians constantly ensured patient safety. Thank you.
