The doctor's immense knowledge! The doctor was able to complete treatment in six months, which had lasted four and a half years with another orthodontist, with no end in sight because they couldn't find any solutions to my malocclusion. Furthermore, 11 years ago, the doctor recommended micro-implants – a method that some orthodontists still don't use, while others boast that it's so innovative and modern... haha! I didn't decide then... my wedding was approaching, and I wanted to get my braces off as soon as possible. Now I regret not listening. The problem the doctor predicted 11 years ago and wanted to solve is now making itself felt!

A tragic orthodontist focused solely on profits, pushing the most expensive solutions while forgoing cheaper ones. A complete lack of professionalism.

I made the right decision to choose a doctor in Malbork. Before getting braces, the doctor wanted to tell me... REMOVE my front teeth or front teeth, claiming that they would "nicely" move into place while wearing them. I would still be walking around with a gap and would have spent over 10,000 złoty, if not more, on it. In that case, I would prefer to have crooked but HEALTHY teeth in place - today I have straight, healthy, and even teeth, and I managed without extractions, and how much cheaper. For two arches, I would have paid about 5,500 złoty in 2020, and in Malbork I paid 4,200 złoty. In addition, I was told that I have a small mouth and that if I remove four teeth, my mouth will fill out, and since I have a slim face, I should use Botox to replace the eye sockets. When I told my doctor about this, I thought he would die laughing. He said it was stupid and the teeth would have to be in a really terrible condition to have them removed. I don't recommend it, even with the transport to Malbork, it's much cheaper. it turned out than if I had to walk here on the spot.

I don't recommend this practice. There's no professionalism compared to other dental clinics, and no patient care. As I've noticed over the past two years of using this practice, their priority isn't patient satisfaction, but rather financial considerations. Not to mention fulfilling the contract. In short, if you're considering orthodontic treatment, I strongly advise against doing so with this orthodontist.

I disagree with anyone leaving negative reviews. As far as I'm concerned, they were completely professional. No orthodontist would have bothered with my condition. Thanks to Ms. Yusufali, I have a beautiful smile, and I'm no longer ashamed of it ☺️☺️☺️
