The ladies at the reception desk are so rude, they ignore the queue and two of them take a break right after they start work, they walk around the corridor with coffee and gossip with friends, and you stand there and wait, because neither of them is at work after all 😂

Is this some kind of joke?! In June 2024, I booked an appointment for January 15, 2025 (a six-month wait). Two days before the appointment, I received a call saying the appointment had been canceled, and the next one was scheduled for March or April, and you couldn't guarantee it would take place... this must be some kind of mistake!!! ... So much money for premiums, so much waiting, and... it's all a complete mess...

For so many years, no one has done anything about the women at the reception desk... You can't ask anything. Today, an elderly woman at the reception desk was so rude to me that I felt embarrassed. I also got scolded for not being a regular customer and not knowing everything (though I should know, just like her – having sat in the same chair for 20 years). They mislead people, they don't listen to what you have to say, they're always offended and dissatisfied. I truly sympathize with this approach to life. I even politely pointed out to the woman today that she could be nicer and express herself differently. She just snapped back at me for not listening... Even though she didn't even let me finish my sentence... Younger staff with respect and a smile... I think it's time for a staff change... We no longer live in an era where someone is kept in a position because no one can replace them. Someone else will take their place – eager to work and kind to patients.

I don't recommend going to Mr. Sudoł for orthopedics, especially for young women. I was having stitches removed when he started putting his hands up my skirt. I was shocked and didn't know how to react, so unfortunately, I didn't make a scene. Be careful and take care of yourselves!
