Lack of organization, difficult to schedule an appointment by phone. Things improved somewhat in 2025, but at the beginning of this year, everything returned to so-called "normality." The wait for a child's check-up is almost a month. Tragic.

Dr. Malinowski – Patient-centered, inquisitive. Dr. Marta Tausz – a huge heart and prompt, accurate assistance. Dr. Kuczynski and the doctor were very helpful. The receptionists were kind and very understanding. The ladies at the collection point were also kind, and the stings were almost imperceptible. As for the rest of the staff – I can't comment. I think sometimes you need to communicate your needs clearly, determining whether the matter is urgent or something that can wait. A big plus for this clinic.

Moja córka zachorowała i musiała jechać do szpitala. W recepcji nie było długiej kolejki, wszystko zostało załatwione szybko, zaprowadzono nas nawet do właściwego biura. W gabinecie nr 125 przywitała nas lekarka. Mogę powiedzieć, że jest prawdziwą profesjonalistką, począwszy od sposobu komunikacji, a skończywszy na ostatniej rekomendacji. Zbadała moją córkę, zleciła i wykonała wszystkie niezbędne badania, uważnie nas wysłuchała i udzieliła skutecznych zaleceń. Chciałbym serdecznie podziękować wszystkim specjalistom pracującym w tej instytucji. Polecam w 100%

It's a tragedy, the total lack of organization and management of this place. They schedule appointments for a specific time, you take time off work, show up at the scheduled time, and then there's a line of other people, who tell you the scheduled time doesn't apply, but rather a first-come-first-served queue. I'm not surprised the National Health Fund (NFZ) is in this state; it has no right to operate. They ask you to notify them of any potential no-shows on a card with the date and scheduled time so you don't waste the time. The room is full of laughter.

I needed help initiating breastfeeding my long-awaited first child. I wanted a home visit so I wouldn't have to travel anywhere with him. Besides that, I got what I needed – information that the baby was well-attached, eating, and that my milk was sufficient. I also received other advice from Ms. Violetta that was helpful in caring for my baby, as I hadn't had time to complete childbirth classes. The visit boosted my confidence and resulted in me still breastfeeding and not stopping anytime soon. The service was also very comprehensive – Violetta helped with breastfeeding, examined the baby from all angles, weighed him, and showed me many interesting tips. Later, if I had any problems, I could also count on her support via messenger (at any time), which is certainly unusual in the market. Compared to other midwives I've dealt with, I felt that with Violetta, we were in good hands. My wonderful, wonderful midwife. I thank her so much for everything she does for us.
