  I had a very bad experience with Dr. Katarzyna Gotfryd-Bugajska. The doctor did not take my symptoms seriously, performed a quick and inaccurate examination, and misdiagnosed me. A week later, I went to another proctologist/surgeon who conducted a thorough examination using a special chair, proper instruments, and good lighting. They diagnosed me correctly and referred me for surgery. According to Katarzyna Gotfryd-Bugajska, however, everything was fine and she claimed it was just minor hemorrhoids that might be bothering me, despite me clearly expressing that I was experiencing severe pain and bleeding during and after bowel movements. This was my second visit to this doctor, and I tried to explain that my symptoms had not improved after the initial treatment. Katarzyna Gotfryd-Bugajska did not take this seriously and told me that her treatment had worked perfectly and that she couldn’t help me any further. She issued a prescription for the same treatment I had already received. I do not recommend this doctor. She is unprofessional, rude, and conducts very brief and inaccurate examinations. She also seems unfamiliar with her own specialization. I had to pay 300 zloty without receiving any documentation regarding the diagnosis, findings from the examination, follow-up appointments, or further recommendations. I complained to the clinic and requested a new consultation with the same doctor, a different doctor, or a refund—but I was not offered anything, even after providing evidence from the new doctor with a diagnosis and a referral for surgery. You should avoid this clinic and this doctor at all costs.

  I had a full thyroid removal surgery performed by prof. Barczyński at the SCM clinic. The surgery went well and the recovery process was well-facilitated by the staff of the clinic. A big thanks to all doctors, and a special appreciation to the nurses who made sure I was given the best care possible during this difficult post-surgery time. The administrative staff is also very friendly and helpful. The clinic itself is clean and nice. Wholeheartedly recommend!
