  "A very professional clinic." I remember my visits to the clinic with attention to every detail. The contact with the clinic's staff was exemplary, always happy to answer questions. I am impressed with the quality of service and will definitely use them again in the future. I recommend Dr. Stańczyk to anyone looking for a good gynecologist and honest midwives. "The best midwives I've ever met are Jolanta and Anna. Appointments at the reception desk are quick. I recommend them to anyone looking for good care." For me, the biggest downside to this clinic was the patients, not the STAFF!! The behavior of some of the patients I can describe was reprehensible (arguing, pushing in line without even realizing there was a pregnant woman in line, making comments to others, and a lack of respect for the staff). I've been visiting clinics for a year now, and in my opinion, the queue should be organized, as Jolanta manages hourly. This allows us to complete our appointments in an orderly and stress-free manner.

  As a patient of this clinic, I'd like to comment on the above, as my experience is completely different. Every visit and every case is different—receiving Pap smear results isn't always the same, as the staff first has to find the document, verify the data, register the release, and often answer the patient's questions. This can't be "taken care of" in a minute. Midwife Jola always takes her time, answers my questions, and I never feel like I'm being "checked off." This is why the line sometimes moves slower—because each patient receives the attention they deserve, instead of being sent home with a check if the appointment is extended. It's also worth remembering that significant delays often result from patients arriving much earlier than expected, waiting outside the office an hour before their scheduled appointment, and creating unnecessary congestion. This isn't the staff's fault. I just wanted to show that there's another side to the coin—and that many of us feel cared for, not ignored, thanks to this midwife's reliability.

  I'm surprised that someone would want to tarnish the reputation of such a good nurse. Jola is exceptionally competent, empathetic, and organized in her work. She always shows understanding to patients, and her professional approach inspires trust among both patients and colleagues. She organizes her work well, responds quickly and adequately to patient needs, and maintains a friendly atmosphere in the workplace. More empathy and understanding for nurses!

  Regarding the gynecology clinic, it's a real disaster. The older midwife, I think Jolanta Dziedzic, is there—but I'm not sure if that's her name (she's older, with glasses). The line at the registration desk is incredibly long. She registers whenever and however she wants. The doctor arrives, and there's no one to see her because she's the one who starts the registration. Not only does the person waiting for the Pap smear have to wait over an hour in line, but they also spend at least 10 minutes in the office. And that's just issuing the document, which elsewhere, or with a different midwife, would take a maximum of 5 minutes. The midwife seems to be overconfident because she thinks she can dictate to anyone, for example, whether someone should stand or sit, and decide whether the doctor will see someone or not. I've never met such an arrogant and insolent—there's no other way to describe it—healthcare worker. What's happening there is reprehensible. The patients share the same opinion about midwives, so it's not just my opinion. She works as if she's there as a punishment, completely disrespecting anyone's time. On top of that, she tried to convince me I'd just arrived, and not been waiting in line for two hours—just to register, of course, because the doctor's office is running very smoothly! What's more, she yells at patients and forces them out of the office when they're in their queue because she has something important to do. During phone registration, she makes them wait, and in the meantime, the patient who makes an appointment by phone hears the details and course of their illness from the person physically present, if they can even get through.

  I would like to sincerely thank midwife Jola for the exceptional care she provided during my visit to the gynecology clinic. Jola is incredibly kind, professional, and empathetic. From the very beginning, she created a calm and safe atmosphere, making the entire visit stress-free. She explained everything thoroughly, patiently answered my questions, and ensured my comfort at every stage of the examination.
