  Lack of staff, huge queues. They vaccinate one person every 30 minutes, requiring you to write down the vaccine batch number, expiration date, and dose in ml yourself from the carton. You can't buy the vaccine on-site; you have to go to the pharmacy and fill out the paperwork. The doctor had no idea how long it takes to vaccinate during pregnancy and had to Google it in front of me. Eight months into my pregnancy, I was told to come in for my vaccination in the morning and wait because they wouldn't give me an appointment between 1 and 3 PM because they were holding those appointments for emergencies—even though there were available appointments, and I finally negotiated an appointment. I highly DO NOT recommend them for adults. The pediatricians are great with a child-friendly approach. However, the lack of staff and frustration are also taking their toll here.

  Unfortunately, I can't share my opinion about the appointment. I made an appointment with a specific, excellent specialist, Dr. Janion, and of course, I waited months and months. Two weeks before my appointment, the doctors called to say the doctor wouldn't be available that day and offered me another appointment not too far away—well, it happens. Only the day before my appointment did I receive a text message informing me of my appointment, which indicated that I would be seeing a different doctor, who, as a well-known doctor, has a solid 1.0 rating and very poor recommendations. During the phone call, the doctor apologized for the colleagues who forgot to mention the change and informed me that the doctor I had chosen couldn't see me. I now have to find another doctor and wait another month. The staff lacked competence and showed a lack of respect for the patient, their time, and their health.

  On December 4, 2025, I had an X-ray with my daughter. I was very pleasantly surprised by the approach of the woman who performed the examination. My daughter is a teenager and was very embarrassed to undress from the waist up. Renata Giza was very professional and convinced my daughter to have the X-ray. It's very rare to find someone who can help me like that. Renata Giza is a wonderful professional 😊🙂 I RECOMMEND

  My review concerns the pediatrics department at this clinic. I've been using their services regularly for several years with my son and am very grateful for the professional care and kindness we receive during each visit. We always receive the help we need, and I feel my child is in good hands. We previously used private clinics, but unfortunately, the experience was much worse. It's true that it's sometimes difficult to get an appointment the next day, but in emergencies, you can call in the morning to get a number and usually get an appointment. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic. My special thanks go to Dr. Kwiatkowski – a wonderful person and an excellent specialist. I also thank Ms. Ewa at the vaccination center for the painless vaccinations and for keeping appointments. Thanks also go to Dr. Biały, Dr. Krzewicka, and Dr. Ulmer – thank you for your care and help.

  The emergency room is a disgrace to healthcare. The hotline says it's open from 7:30, but in reality, it opens at 7:00. If you call on January 7th, you'll have no chance of seeing a pediatrician. Appointments are for a few days. The place is unfriendly to children. The door is open between the healthy and sick zones. All sorts of things get mixed up at will. The doctors, however, are the ones who save the day. Drs. Własienko, Krzywicka, and Ulmer are doctors by vocation.
