I don’t know, in another hospital I was told that I can just pay if I don’t have a medical insurance. Once I came to this hospital they told I can’t get checked without a medical insurance. I checked comments and I got my answer. Wholeheartedly thank you!

I haven't encountered such rudeness and unprofessionalism in a long time. The receptionists at the night care center refuse to make a patient's appointment. I was told to treat my severe flu symptoms with ginger tea (or rather, the receptionists ordered me to, because it was impossible to get an appointment with a doctor). I was also told that if the symptoms persisted, I could make an appointment by phone. When I tried, the woman complained that the system wasn't working. You work with people, damn it. I employ you as a contributor. And you're doing a favor by doing your job? I sincerely hope you encounter similar callousness when you need help during a heart attack.

Unfortunately, my experience during my visit was negative due to the receptionist's behavior. Her manner of communication was rude and made me feel like I had done something inappropriate, even though I was just a regular patient waiting to be served. I believe that in a place where patients often feel stressed, kindness and professionalism should be the foundation.
