  I'm reviewing the Internal Medicine ward. I was admitted to the hospital with colitis. The nurses in the Internal Medicine ward were simply angels – every day they came to see me, asked how I was feeling, chatted with me, and immediately felt better (even though I had a nasty illness). Above all (and most importantly), it was clear they did their job with passion, a calling, and not as a punishment (which, unfortunately, happens very often in healthcare, which is quite unpleasant). I also can't say a single bad word about the doctors I encountered – they were incredibly kind, genuinely interested in how patients were feeling and didn't dismiss it, responded to every minor ailment, and cared about their patients' comfort. For example, during my hospital stay, I developed a terrible migraine. During their daily visits, the doctors didn't ignore this fact, but SPECIALLY brought in migraine medication from another ward so I wouldn't have to endure the pain I was experiencing. This is an example of doctors who have empathy and a true calling to their profession. I am incredibly grateful for the care I received. I highly recommend the internal medicine department in Staszów. The people there truly care about their patients' well-being and combine empathy with complete professionalism. These people deserve a raise!!!

  I was in the ENT ward for seven days. The ward was spotless, with a bathroom in every room. The cleaning ladies were constantly mopping and keeping everything clean. The nurses were kind and helpful, and they truly cared for each patient (I witnessed a beaten alcoholic with delirium lying there for several days). I truly sympathize with the staff and admire the care they gave him. The doctors and medical staff were excellent, and I was pleasantly surprised. The food wasn't bad, but everyone has different tastes and preferences.

  At the beginning of October, I spent four days in the hospital gynecology department, seen by Dr. Sadik. Mr. Sadik, a very kind and caring doctor, even performed tests on a Saturday just to find out, but the same cannot be said about Ms. A. Łowicka! Terrible, nervous, with a face like from here to Wrocław, terribly rude. After simply asking my roommate if she was going home today, she snapped at her very rudely! She added at the end that she wouldn't allow a patient to impose his opinion on her! (This woman should be dismissed immediately.) The nurses were very friendly and always smiling, especially Ms. Ewunia 😍 a true gem! The nurses do a lot of work there, a real lot! The food, I must say, is truly very good and plentiful. Various types of bread for breakfast and dinner, various cold meats, yogurts, fruit, and sometimes even a healthy sweet :) The lunches were easily digestible and very tasty.

  I'm reviewing the ENT department. I stayed there for three days, while a surgeon from Katowice performed a FESS procedure. The department was modern, I had a room with a bathroom, which is a big plus, and the food was good. The staff deserves 6 out of 5 stars, including the doctors, nurses, and orderlies. They were smiling and understanding. They work with a mission, not out of necessity. Despite the pain associated with recovery, the people working there made it much easier for me. Thank you so much 🙏🌸

  What's the point of registering people for a specific time at the clinic if, upon arrival, only to discover that only a few people are available? Rescheduling appointments at the last minute is also ridiculous. Not everyone can suddenly change their plans and come in. Besides, entering the office when a patient is already there? Maybe a little courtesy for the patients? Someone is undressing for an examination, and the woman comes in because she's just asking. Surely they can wait until someone leaves? The staff seems to lack training.
