The night shift on February 6, 2026, was a disaster. Not a single patient was seen in three hours. Will someone finally take action? What's going on at this hospital? Two incompetent people on shift, only the receptionist was nice.

To go to the doctor with swelling on the right side of my face and be told there's no swelling, great. Because I really have nothing to do, so I decided to just pop in for a visit and wake them up. More specialists like this, and instead of Christmas, we'll all be going to the ER. They said there was no swelling, but I was advised to see a primary care physician and an ENT. I recommend avoiding that place. Let them sleep, it's best not to wake them.

We would like to thank the wonderful staff at the night and holiday health centers for their excellent service and effective care. Both the nurse (unfortunately, I don't know her name) and Dr. Iryna provided my daughter with not only quick and effective relief from her suffering, but also an atmosphere of safety and warmth!
