I was in the urology and urologic oncology ward, and every single staff member was working hard. There were no problems with anything. Food was served right under the nose, and the doctor, nurses, and support staff checked on the patient regularly. The nurses had no problem approaching a patient at 3 a.m. to check on them after their procedure. Thank you for your care. You're doing a great job there; that's how it should be everywhere.

I would like to express my sincere thanks to the team at the Urology Department. My father was hospitalized and underwent surgery. The doctors were dedicated, and the nurses were always helpful. A special thank you to Dr. Sonntag for his professional guidance throughout my father's treatment and his involvement at every stage of the illness. On behalf of my father, we thank him for his care, support, and sense of security.

On January 5, 2026, I witnessed a situation. I couldn't ignore it! Neurology ward, 3rd floor. A nurse had barely arrived for her night shift, taking patients' blood pressure. One of the patients reported her indispositions to her. The nurse snapped at the patient, "Why is she reporting this to her? Why does everyone report it to the nurses and not the doctor on duty?" The patient must have been in shock... Wow! Isn't that what a nurse is supposed to be on the ward for, to report any indispositions that occur throughout the day?! What a disaster! They're still underpaid or working too much. And a patient, as a rule, is fine if they've either already died or don't require care. I'm not generalizing, because there are also nice women in this ward, but they're probably in the minority. If she's not a prima donna who refuses to serve dinner to patients at the table and instead serves patients or their families, then... it's not worth talking about. The disaster in healthcare isn't just about finances. The healthcare disaster also involves staff who have misplaced their calling. You can be tired... but at the beginning of your shift?! I recommend changing jobs!

In the internal medicine ward, when I asked for a painkiller, I was told, "Isn't that yours?" A patient shouldn't take anything on their own during hospitalization before important tests, so I didn't pack any medications. Secondly, why do we pay taxes? To come with a kit of medications? I understand taking medications regularly, but a stupid painkiller?! What a joke!

November 22, 2025, evening. We sincerely thank the Emergency Department staff for their warm, empathetic, caring, and professional approach to our mother/grandmother after she broke her arm. We thank the paramedic, the doctor, the receptionist, the radiology staff, and all the kind employees of this department.
