I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Chwalibogowska-Cieslinska Izabela at the gynecology department. As a foreigner, I visited the hospital for a routine check-up, hoping to receive professional and respectful care. Unfortunately, from the moment I entered, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. When I tried to explain my concerns, the doctor seemed uninterested and responded by saying there were “more serious problems” waiting outside, implying that my issues were not important. I understand that there may have been a language barrier, and perhaps the doctor was not confident in English. However, that does not justify the lack of basic courtesy or professional conduct. Being a dentist myself in my home country, I am well aware of how healthcare professionals are expected to treat their patients—with empathy and patience. What made the situation even worse was that the nurse assisting the doctor did speak decent English, yet she also brushed off my concerns and simply said, “You can understand what the doctor is telling you.” There was no effort made to communicate properly or ensure I felt understood or cared for. In the end, I was indirectly told to leave the room without any proper examination or explanation. It was a humiliating and frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this hospital to anyone, especially the gynecology department. Foreigners deserve the same respect and attention as any other patient.

Couldn't the collection point be implemented with a simple numbering system, collected at the reception desk or from a machine? It's already crowded and chaotic at 7 a.m. The man before me left without knowing who had been there before him, the woman after me left, and those who came after her seemed to think they were ahead of me. Everyone's arguing, it's impossible to reach an agreement. I never saw such a mess at collection points during the communist era. I left after an hour and a half. It's better to do it privately or not at all.

I highly recommend it! My mother is being prepared for cataract surgery at this facility, covered by the National Health Fund, and she is very pleased with the services so far. The staff and doctors are very kind and helpful, and everything is handled with due diligence and care. My mother feels well cared for and praises the facility's organizational aspects. The tests are done immediately, with no waiting times. I recommend it!

Dr. Dobrzyńska, as always, was full of empathy and accurate diagnoses. The receptionists (appointment on January 12, 2026, in the afternoon) also showed great empathy and courtesy in helping me schedule an urgent appointment with a neurologist—something I've been trying to do for the past few months. In my experience, it's a very good facility. Friendly and professional from the moment you walk in. The receptionists, nurses, and, of course, the doctors. I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Dariusz Kąkol. I fully appreciate his knowledge and skills, as well as his empathy and manners. I highly recommend him.
