There's a lack of empathy, professionalism, and common courtesy from the staff (nurses, receptionists). I've never encountered such rude treatment in any other clinic. Women who have been working for 20 or 30 years don't realize that you can change careers at any age, if being polite is too much for you. When I asked what doctor she was seeing today, the woman had a hard time answering. When I asked if this information was confidential (because she refused to share it), the woman politely hung up without a word. I also had an unpleasant situation four years ago when my husband wanted to see an internist. At the reception desk, I was told he wasn't from here and wouldn't be seen. The director might also be wise to remind us of the current law and that zoning is no longer in effect. If someone comes to visit from Szczecin to Warka, they won't return to use the services of an internist because, mind you, THEY HAVE THE RIGHT, and the clinic is obligated to see the patient. I can only imagine how the elderly and sick might be treated. After four years, I thought something had changed, but it hasn't.

For the first and last time, I was in overnight care. The doctor was rude, as if she were suffering from severe hemorrhoids. She charged me 100 złoty because I don't have insurance, but she didn't give me a receipt. The doctor wrote the prescription incorrectly, and I had to return from the pharmacy, and she still wouldn't admit her mistake. I should add that I don't know what's wrong with me because I received a prescription and told me to go to my family doctor.

I'd like to sincerely thank the nurses at the Children's Clinic for their excellent care of my daughter. Their professional, calm, and incredibly empathetic approach made the visit stress-free and safe. Their immense commitment and kindness – I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I don't recommend a child with a fever. And the doctor talks politics. He was asked to provide childcare, and he sends you to the hospital. The worst night care in Warka.

Good telephone communication with the ladies at the registration desk helped us efficiently obtain the necessary information from the nurse and doctor, conveniently arrange a teleconsultation, and then an in-person visit to our father's health center, for which we are very grateful.
