  If I had seen other reviews before my visit, it would have possibly discouraged me from registration at this clinic. However, I tried it and was really satisfied. The registration itself was really fast and I received exact time of my medical check-up. Yes, I have to wait more than two hours, but I could leave and come back just before examination. The doctor was kind and seemed to be skilled and experienced despite her age. The crucial was that she could speak English at a very good level. I was explained everything what I needed. The medical check-up and another additional examination took only a couple of minutes. I somehow understand the complains of other reviewers, because the clinic was overcrowded and it caused delays. Nevertheless, if the clinic is full, it should mean that they are doing great job! I can only recommend this medical facility! :)

  The receptionist with the slightly blue-tinted glasses has no clue about working with people, let alone working in the medical field. Unless she's doing it on purpose, she's not allowed to inform a prospective patient of their rights and responsibilities. Along with another patient (a private colleague), she laughed at me from head to toe. It was a disaster. Thanks to my determination, the doctor handled the situation very well. Remove this "bad woman" from the reception desk; there are so many good and willing employees in the job market.

  The worst clinic I've ever visited. In March, during a visit to Anna Dobrowolska-Wąsowicz, she was unable to see patients due to her mental state. Upon entering the office, my mother had to call a doctor because the doctor was delirious, talking to herself, and there was no way to contact her. After reporting this to another doctor, all appointments were canceled. Today, October 20, 2025, my mother had an appointment for 12:00 PM. She entered the office before 4:00 PM (due to a delay caused by unexpected patients, according to the center director), but people leaving the office said the doctor's health was not the best and she had many problems. Just wait until they accidentally kill someone there, and only then will someone take action.

  I'm in my 25th week of a high-risk pregnancy and had an urgent referral to a diabetes clinic. Despite the fact that, according to the Healthcare Services Act, pregnant women have the right to be seen outside of their usual waiting list (within 7 business days), I was denied an earlier appointment. I was only offered an appointment at the end of the month, even though the situation required a quick consultation. The manager was informed of the applicable regulations, but no action was taken to ensure the service was provided within the statutory deadline. Ultimately, I was forced to find another facility that respects the rights of pregnant patients. I understand that the clinic may have organizational limitations and a large patient population, but the pregnant patient shouldn't be held accountable. Complying with the law and providing care to pregnant women within the statutory deadline IS THE FACILITY'S RESPONSIBILITY, not a matter of goodwill. It is unfortunate that this clinic fails to comply with applicable regulations and demonstrates a lack of understanding for women in such a unique situation.

  I don't recommend it because Dr. Mlotkowska, despite not having any patients, refused to admit anyone with severe pain. I don't understand why she couldn't admit me when there was no one in the waiting room anyway; it's hard to spare a few minutes. Top of the line!
