  Today I was at the pediatric ward of Primary Care No. 3 for a vaccination. I entered the clinic, and there was no one at the reception desk, so I sat down in a chair, and a brunette woman (I don't know her name) came out. She told me to go to the office, where she measured and weighed me. She even had the nerve to suggest I get a cervical cancer vaccination, even though I don't use contraception or tampons. After entering my weight and height in my health record, she said I could go ahead and get vaccinated (she'd misplaced my record). I went out into the hallway and sat in the waiting room. There was no organization or competence on the part of the nurses. None of them came out to call the next people in line; everyone was supposed to enter at their own time, but it was a shame that three people were supposed to enter at the same time. No one informed me that I still had to have a doctor's examination (I'm 18). So the blonde nurse vaccinated me without my health card, and then suddenly realized I hadn't been to the doctor yet. She asked me if I had it, and I told her the brunette nurse had taken it from me. The blonde nurse started yelling at me, saying I was being frivolous. I think her behavior wasn't appropriate for her position. It's her duty to check if the child had passed the tests before vaccination. She told me to sit in the hallway for 15 minutes (I thought I was going to have a checkup with the doctor, but she left after 30 minutes, telling me I could go and what I was doing there). If these women are burnt out, I recommend retiring (there are a lot of young people looking for such positions). And they say young people are rude. :)) I was very upset that I was treated this way by the adults. I thought the people working there were experienced, after all, it's a children's clinic (a smile should be there from the start).

  A very good family clinic on Mazurska Street. I recommend the excellent doctor, Arkadiusz Grzyb, who helps his patients as best he can. We are satisfied and feel well cared for here. Ewa, the nurse, is extremely friendly and professional, administers injections at the patient's home. She is very knowledgeable and professional, and there is no pain. Thank you, Irena and Krzysztof Piekart.

  I brought my 8-year-old child to a night clinic because of a lump on his tooth. What I saw there was, in my opinion, absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. The person at the door didn't perform any examination, yet immediately announced that the tooth needed to be extracted. When I asked, "Maybe you should examine the child first?" she graciously replied, "Okay." This was blatant disregard for the patient and a complete lack of professionalism. Furthermore, the comment was made that "it's normal for an 8-year-old to have a primary tooth removed." In my opinion, this was completely irresponsible, demonstrating a lack of knowledge and the routine dismissal of patients. In my opinion, such behavior is not medical care, but rather a scandalous "guessing" at the door. I brought my child for professional help, and instead received a dismissive, hallway-based opinion that, in my opinion, poses a threat to the patient and completely undermines trust in the facility. A child is not an object or a "checkbox"—in my opinion, such treatment is simply unacceptable.

  Lately, you've had to book an appointment and wait for it. I suspect this is the norm during flu season. You can schedule a teleconsultation with your doctor to discuss test results. They can also order prescriptions for your regular medications over the phone.
