The clinic's organization is terrible. Appointments are made in person (no one answers the phone), for a specific time, which is always at least an hour off. Doctors direct traffic by calling patients. Both doctors see patients simultaneously from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Elderly people spend hours in the waiting room. Conclusion: either too few doctors or the center's director can't maintain order. Time has long since stopped there. It's a shame that patients who are ill are still frustrated by the mess because they're confined to this one clinic.

The ophthalmologist told me I had a refractive error of -0.25 diopters and that I should get checked in three months or six months to see if it's progressing. After six months, a private ophthalmologist told me that was impossible because I currently have -0.75 diopters, which is long overdue for correction. And anyone who knows anything about vision defects knows that a half-diopter decrease doesn't happen in six months in a twenty-year-old. Steer clear!

When I told the "doctor" I was feeling anxious, she told me she wasn't a psychiatrist. Thanks to her, I ignored the anxiety symptoms, thinking I was just getting worked up. Only after the ambulance took me did I learn online that anxiety can be a sign of hypoglycemia, which occurred while I was at work. Thank you very much, even a family doctor should educate a patient about the potential consequences of such a symptom.

I tried calling for over an hour without success (there were people waiting in line). Calling from another phone, I got an immediate signal without a queue, and after 15 attempts, I got through. I received a message that the doctor would call me back in five hours.
