  I'm very satisfied with the quality of services provided at this public healthcare facility. The receptionists are very friendly, and the doctors are experienced and helpful. They try to get to the root of the problem. If necessary, they refer patients for further testing. I especially recommend Dr. Marcin Trzaskowski.

  I recommend Dr. Bębenek, a gynecologist. I had an appointment with him today: he performed a transvaginal ultrasound, a Pap smear, a biopsy, and gave me a referral for a breast ultrasound in Tarczyn, also covered by the National Health Fund (NFZ). Everything was free of charge. He provided me with documentation from the visit: ultrasound images, a prescription, and a card that looks like a hospital discharge summary. Every specialist should issue this, but few do. Right after the appointment, I received a text message reminding me of the ultrasound referral code and prescription code (which I also have in paper form). The appointment was short – I waited a month for the appointment. The doctor is young, but very nice and thorough. You can tell he knows his stuff, puts in the effort, and cares about his patients. The facility is modern, with ample parking, and the receptionists are polite. An appointment with such tests in Grójec costs almost a thousand złoty. Even if someone really wanted to, they wouldn't be able to find fault with him. A friend recommended him to me, and I recommend him too.

  I've only been a committed patient of this clinic for a year. Whether it's a visit with a primary care physician, Dr. Batte or Dr. Rożek, a blood draw with the nurses, a gynecologist, or a midwife, the entire team, including the receptionists, are top-notch. They're always helpful, focused, and attentive to each patient's needs. I highly recommend them and thank them for all their help.

  The two-week wait for a dermatologist was a plus. The clinic was clean and tidy, which was also a plus. And that's about it. The visit lasted maybe 6-7 minutes (they schedule patients for appointments every 5 minutes, which causes slight delays because appointments are rushed). The doctor listened briefly, assessed my condition, wrote a prescription, and the visit was over. I have mixed feelings about this place.

  Average rating of 4.4? It should probably be 1.4. I strongly advise against it! A month ago, I called to make an appointment with a dentist under the National Health Fund (NFZ). The nice lady informed me that I had to come to the center in person today (June 10, 2024), because those who booked in person had priority over those who booked by phone. She repeated the same thing when I called on Friday (June 7). I went this morning, and what happened? Haha. The lady at the registration desk replied that "they got a call from their boss over the weekend" that there were no more appointments under the National Health Fund (NFZ) until the end of the year :) Wasted a day at work because of them. It's best to avoid the Czech Republic.
