I stayed for a total of four days at the Myślenice hospital. The admissions was time consuming and confusing since we were foisted off to different areas before stumbling in the right department. However, once I was admitted into the ward, the doctors and nurses were quite pleasant, professional, and hardworking. The facilities are also cleaned regularly, though the hospital food is what it is haha. Overall, while I wouldn't want to return, I was happy with my stay.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Trauma and Orthopedic Ward. I came here with a serious ankle injury after a cycling accident, and from the very first moment, I felt I was in the best hands. A huge thank you to Dr. Paweł Jakubiak – he's a wonderful doctor and a wonderful person, full of empathy and professionalism. Thanks to the surgery, my leg has fully recovered; everything is simply perfect. 🙂 I'm incredibly grateful for saving my life and allowing me to function normally. I wish the doctor every success, both professionally and personally. Congratulations to the head physician, Mr. Paweł Ślęczka, for building such a wonderful team. The entire ward staff is helpful, kind, and friendly. I felt well cared for at every stage of my treatment. Thank you for your heart, professionalism, and compassionate approach. We truly need more people and places like this ❤️

I would like to express my immense gratitude to the entire staff of the Myślenice Hospital for the exceptional care I received during my stay. From my first moments in the Emergency Department, through the operating room, and on to the Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery Department, I felt cared for and treated with complete professionalism. The atmosphere in the department is patient-friendly, and the staff at every level demonstrate kindness and high competence. This made the difficult period of treatment much easier. This was my second visit here, and both visits were equally high-quality.

The ER receptionist is a disaster; she doesn't know how to provide care. She thinks people come to the hospital like tourists. We come because we're sick. It's a grave mistake to hire someone who has no empathy for the sick. She should be fired. She's rude and yells at patients. The doctors are professional and attentive, but whoever admits patients will destroy us.
