  A 3-year-old child was admitted on Monday around 7 a.m., with basic blood and urine tests ordered, followed by further cultures. A salmonella swab was taken on the third day of our hospital stay. When I asked why it was so late, I received an answer that the swab is sent to an external laboratory on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. As a reminder, we were there from 7 a.m. on Monday. We also didn't receive antidiarrheal medication until the third day, and only antibiotics had been prescribed before. No probiotics; you have to bring your own. Furthermore, no one monitors the child's diet; everyone gets the same thing. They give diarrhea syrup when you remind the nurses; you have to ask for everything yourself. In the hospital, you have to bring your own cutlery and a cup, and in the pediatric ward, there's no kitchen or even a corner for parents, who are constantly there. There's no shop in the building to buy anything; there's only a vending machine. During our five-day stay, only two nurses were friendly; even the cleaning lady had flies in her nose. The building is new, and there are bathrooms in the rooms. There are three beds in the ward. The doctors are incredibly slow; I highly recommend this place. Lublin is your best bet.

  This was my first hospital stay ever. I spent three days in the surgical ward and I'm truly delighted. Clean, quiet, good and healthy food—you can spend time in peace, for example, with a book. The nurses and other staff—true angels. Incredibly caring, warm, empathetic, and kind. ❤️ They were the ones I remember most fondly, creating an atmosphere of safety and peace. Their approach was so warm that after leaving the hospital, I truly missed that daily care. The doctors were also very professional, attentive, and empathetic. I was hospitalized with a rather embarrassing problem and in a worse mental state, yet I felt completely understood and cared for. I felt truly cared for throughout my stay. The atmosphere of this place and the staff's humane approach help you recover faster. I highly recommend this hospital.

  I was admitted because I felt weak. Immediately, they asked if I was nervous. Yes, and that's why I went to the ER. After being referred by doctors who suspected I had a thyroid condition, the surgeon performed basic blood tests and said there was nothing wrong with me. He sent me home in the middle of the night with no transportation available.

  Unfortunately, the experience was very negative. The ER staff seemed incompetent and inexperienced. During blood pressure measurements, equipment was used in a way that caused a bruise on my arm, and basic procedures were performed incorrectly or haphazardly. There was also a lack of proper equipment and a professional approach to the patient. Compared to my experience in Lublin, where I received excellent care and the necessary tests were performed, here I felt ignored and poorly managed. I do not recommend this ER — patients should expect inaccurate tests and incompetent staff.

  Hello, I don't know about other departments, but I had surgery to remove a rather large lipoma, 10 cm, on my back, and I'll say it this way, it was large because I was afraid to go for the removal of this culprit earlier for fear of my health because it's Kraśnik??? But briefly and to the point: the surgeon is a professional, the staff of the Lux, especially the lady who was so careful not to get up after the procedure, it smelled of concern, so to speak, and the hygiene, for example, the bedding, the bed, was A+, the food was also A+, plenty and tasty, I honestly felt like the POPE, maybe I was lucky, but when I arrived at the hospital and waited for the ward, they also asked me what I was coming with, and not only me, everyone who entered the hospital was asked why they were there, they were helped and directed where to go. I know because I saw it, that this is a true opinion, no friendship or connections, maybe I just got lucky, but that's how it was. Fairytale care, but damn, I'm no prince. Special thanks to the lady from the ward who told me to lie down. Short and sweet. I know it's a profession, but she's a person born to help and care for patients. Don't take that away from other ladies! A grateful patient! 😁😁
