  Unfortunately, my experience with this hospital was extremely negative. A patient who was being prepared for discharge became infected with bacteria in the hospital itself and died. The attending physician gave the impression of needing help herself – she acted like someone with a disability, was unprofessional, and didn't report the development of sepsis for several days. We also had many concerns during her hospitalization. The patient was taking anticoagulants, and when her IV line was ripped out, the situation was dramatic – she was partially conscious, bleeding out for over half an hour, and unable to get a nurse to come to her despite screaming, shrieking, and crying. She saved herself and only managed to stem the bleeding somewhat. During her hospitalization, I also brought baking sheets, hoping the staff would take better care of the patient. Unfortunately, nothing changed – I thought it might improve care, but it didn't. Even the diaper wasn't changed properly; it was placed one on top of the other. Everyone there lies and defends their actions. Doctors often "put a cross" on elderly patients, relying on knowledge from 20 years ago, instead of responding professionally and in a modern way. The patient's basic needs, such as eating, drinking, or administering medications, were not addressed. The entire situation was a display of profound indifference to an elderly person whose life was at risk. If it were possible, I would give this hospital zero stars. I strongly advise against using this hospital's services – the lack of patient care, staff incompetence, and callousness make one feel completely helpless.

  My daughter decided to have a gastroscopy at this center, encouraged by the quick turnaround time. Unfortunately, sometimes it's better to wait. My repeated experiences with this procedure at various National Health Fund (NFZ) facilities proved completely incompatible with the reality in Garwolin. In Garwolin, they don't numb the esophagus, force a tube down your throat without swallowing, force you to lie in an uncomfortable position with your arm bent unnaturally, and so on. The result? A nosebleed, broken capillaries in your eyes, a sore throat for two days, and a long-lasting trauma. I definitely don't recommend Dr. Kinga Nowak.

  My opinion of the obstetrics and gynecology ward: At first, I thought it was like the rest of the hospital: no one knew anything, in short, waiting for death. So far, this one ward has changed my mind – thorough doctors and kind midwives, so I understand why so many mothers want to give birth here. I recommend it.

  Receiving the documentation after my father's death at this facility was an extremely painful and humiliating experience. We arrived in mourning, with overwhelming emotions, wanting only to collect our documents and leave the hospital as quickly as possible. Instead of empathy, we were met with coldness, arrogance, and a complete lack of humanity. The doctor in charge of the intensive care unit rudely refused to release the documentation, demanding that we first go to the locker room and remove our coats, even though we refused to enter the ward in jackets and one person was to remain in the hallway. The manner in which this was communicated was devoid of respect and any compassion for the deceased's family. In this situation, emotions ran high, and the patient's son reacted violently, a direct consequence of the arrogant and callous treatment of us during our time of grief. Instead of trying to calm the situation, the doctor escalated it further, demonstrating not a shred of empathy or professionalism. That the family of the deceased is met with such an attitude in a medical facility—a place that should be associated with care and understanding—is shocking. It wasn't just the doctor who failed, but also the institution's standards. This experience will stay with us for a long time and, unfortunately, casts a very negative light on both this doctor and the entire facility.

  If I could, I'd give it zero stars. My husband and I arrived at the ER with a bacterial infection in my finger. The nurse wouldn't register us. She told us to get a referral from the doctor to a surgeon. She didn't want to talk at all. Or register us. She made the decision for the doctor. The receptionist came and said that a doctor, Ms. Lidia, would be coming. She took me to a room and yelled at me. She let me out and called me in. Another nurse (with a butterfly tattoo) took me in and asked about various things. Finally, she told me to wait. It was a small room, so I got in within an hour. The surgeon took me to the procedure room where I had my wound cleaned. Everything was sterile. There was a surgeon and a young doctor there. They gave me something to rinse with a needle. It hurt like hell. She was strangling my wound. It hurt like crazy. When I screamed in pain because I was supposedly under anesthesia, Ms. Lidia told me not to talk nonsense (to put it mildly). The culmination of everything. Disrespect for patients. I advise against it. I would rather head towards Warsaw.
