  For woman was not given the necessary medical help after the car accident for 6-7 hours. the doctor does not contact the patient, accompanying persons are not allowed, the reception rooms are tragic. tragic hospital and staff😡😡

  I wholeheartedly recommend it. The ER and admission to the ward were excellent, with helpful doctors; everything went smoothly. The orthopedics department is top-notch. The nurses are competent, and the orderlies would have given their all to relieve my pain if they could. Dr. Bogusz, who operated on me, is a doctor with immense knowledge and experience. He demonstrated altruism and commitment at every checkup. Very ambitious. I recommend him :)

  I'd like to share my opinion about the Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery Department. I spent three days there this week, and I'm currently in a satisfactory recovery phase, and I'm delighted with the quality of service there. Overall, aside from the excellent work performed during my knee surgery by doctors such as Dr. Bacharewicz, Dr. Bogusz, Dr. Dima, and the staff involved, the time spent at the Trauma and Orthopedic Surgery Department was filled with kindness, care, and commitment from all the medical staff, from the attendants to the nurses and doctors. Something I'd also like to point out is that the food, especially the dinners, was very tasty and nutritious. I ate, among other things, good ground beef and liver with excellent salads, and both dishes were very well prepared and delicious, which debunked the myth about hospital food, which turns out to be very good. Thank you again for the professional help and professional medical care. I recommend it and wholeheartedly agree that the quality there is top-notch. I recommend and greet you!!! ☺️

  I definitely don't recommend this ER; it's better to travel further to Suwałki where you can actually get help. In 22 years, I've only had the misfortune of being there twice, which suggests I don't go there for fun, and both times I was sent away. The first time was after a dog attacked me and I had a laceration on my arm that was deep and bleeding profusely. The doctor there didn't even invite us into the office or look at us, but immediately sent us to the outpatient clinic. After about two hours, I was seen by a doctor who was appalled by the ER woman's behavior. He said the wound needed immediate stitches and they should do it in the ER, but he wouldn't do it in the outpatient clinic. It was Saturday afternoon, and all he did was give me a referral for stitches for MONDAY and cover it with a band-aid. I spent the entire Saturday and Sunday changing my dressings every hour because it was bleeding so much that the band-aid kept peeling off. I went for the second time yesterday initially, reluctant to go, knowing there was no help at the emergency room in Augustów. But from 4 a.m. to 3 p.m., I had a fever of 42.4 degrees Celsius, with a break at 39 degrees Celsius. I was literally unconscious, with chills, sweats, a severe headache, and terrible kidney pain, which, like my temperature, persisted all day. This time, Agnieszka K. kindly let us into the office, taking my temperature on my forehead right before I entered the room (it's also a 30-minute walk from my house to the hospital), so my temperature had already dropped a bit by the time I stepped out into the freezing cold. She indignantly stated that I didn't have a fever, and even if I had a supposedly high temperature, it wasn't a reason to go to the emergency room. I dismissed it as saying I was mainly there because of the severe kidney pain, which hadn't subsided all day, and it hurt to walk and breathe. No one even examined me, no ultrasound was performed, no medication was administered, all she did was take my blood pressure and temperature. She called the doctor and said, "You're supposedly having a high temperature and kidney pain. Would you like to see me?" The doctor said no and told me to go to my family doctor. Fortunately, the family doctor was still seeing me, and I was given two strong painkiller injections and given a preliminary diagnosis of renal colic. I believe someone should immediately investigate this issue, as what's happening there is unacceptable, and the conditions of patients seeking help are being seriously underestimated.
