  I urgently request that this matter be addressed! The registration process at the women's clinic is a complete disaster. The women register by the hour, and patients come in as they please! We don't enter based on registration times, but rather according to whoever is in line. For example, I had an 8:00 a.m. appointment, I arrived at 7:40 a.m., and there were already nine women ahead of me who had appointments for 9:00 or even 10:00, claiming they were the first to go. They're creating artificial queues!!! And the women who register don't seem to care at all that this keeps happening!!! The women in the hallway are arguing with each other, and I, who had an 8:00 a.m. appointment, have to come in after all the patients arriving later. It's a disaster. I'm asking for the registration times to be enforced and for a normal system to be implemented. Patients are being read out one by one. This is a sickening situation. Knowing this is the case, I would have arrived at 7:00 a.m., knowing this was happening, and rushing to work, I would have known this was happening. Please respond to this matter!

  Unfortunately, the service at the gynecology reception desk was very unprofessional. The woman was rude, incompetent, and appeared disrespectful towards the patient. Such behavior is unacceptable in a medical facility.

  My appointment, scheduled by phone, went smoothly and on time. Admittedly, the woman gave me the wrong office number during registration, but that's all I could manage. ;) I'd like to thank the staff for this positive atmosphere; may it always be this way. My request for the procedure was denied, and I partially understand that it's covered by the National Health Fund, and the issue was more about aesthetics than health risks.

  I definitely don't recommend this ophthalmologist. The doctor is arrogant, rude, and disrespectful to patients, especially young ones. She doesn't keep to her office hours and keeps you waiting even though the office is empty. She interferes, doesn't let you speak, changes her mind overnight, and then contradicts her own words. Instead of helping, she undermines the opinions of other doctors and ridicules the patient. The examination was cursory, and the diagnosis was made without a thorough approach. A very unpleasant experience.

  Get through? Seriously. There's no way any of these lazy people would even pick up the phone. I was the first on the line for 30 minutes, and nothing, and then I gave up.
