There's a problem getting through by phone, and it's a significant one, but seeing the queues for registration, it shouldn't be surprising. It's rare for there to be no queue for registration. I really appreciate the ability to make an appointment via email. It works efficiently, and I don't have to waste time on the phone. A big plus for me. Besides one woman who wasn't very pleasant at the registration desk, I can't say a bad word. The staff is always friendly and, above all, very helpful. I enjoy coming there and wish I could feel that way at every clinic I visit. Best wishes and patience to all the staff :)

Very kind ladies in the lab. Great service and understanding for my elderly, ailing mother. Thank you. But most of all, I thank Dr. Paweł Kubiak, who is truly a doctor by vocation. With two doctors, I would be afraid, but he is very empathetic. Bravo, doctor.

4/5 because it's impossible to reach them by phone, but they respond to emails the same day, so I have an appointment. I've been there once, and I'm going again. I'm seeing Dr. Orleański. I can't say anything bad about the visit or the entire clinic. It's nice and clean, and the receptionists are polite and helpful.

A clinic is a clinic. It's not the appearance that matters, but the doctors who help. In this case, I haven't met one. The doctor, I don't know if I can mention her by name. Let's call her "Mrs." Szat... Because I wouldn't call her a doctor. She took an oath to help people in suffering and illness. And she asked me out and told me she had a waitlist. Even though I was in a difficult situation. I don't recommend this woman as a doctor, nor the authorities of this institution for retaining such doctors. I've already checked in with a clinic in Bielawa, where people are treated like people, not cattle. Best regards, Mrs. Szat...

My dentist appointment was a disaster. Upon entering the office, I was told I needed to have my two upper sixes done. After being told one had already been done, I was told she "forgot to mark" one of the teeth. After pointing out that the right six had already been treated a month ago and the left one should be done this time, I was told that the left one had already been done and started drilling the right one. I thought maybe I had misremembered something; after all, I was seeing a specialist who could see my teeth at that moment. Unfortunately, when I got home and looked in the mirror, I could clearly see that the left six was still there. It was an absurd situation; I don't recommend this place.
