  I don't recommend this place. Doctors see patients based on the numbers they collect at the front desk, yet for some unknown reason, a significant number of patients are admitted without a queue. You can arrive early in the morning and get number 25, and then the next patients are given number 10, also for some unknown reason. This means that patients with appointments at 12:00 come in at 3:00 PM or don't come at all because the doctor won't see them anymore. What a disaster!

  Today, April 30, 2021, I was scheduled for rehabilitation treatments at a rehabilitation facility. I arrived for the treatment without a mask because I have a doctor's note stating that I don't have to wear one. My rehabilitation treatments were scheduled for 10:30 AM. The receptionist called one of the doctors, who told her that "I must wear a mask because I pose an epidemiological risk." Despite this, I refused to wear one, and the security guard, Mr. J. K., asked me several times if I would wear a mask. However, I still didn't wear one, which resulted in the police being called. I have videos of the police intervention, the conversation with the security guard, and the conversation with the registration staff at the aforementioned facility. I also called the SPZOZ office twice and asked for a written refusal decision, to which I was told that "they don't have time to issue one right now due to the number of ongoing cases." After some time, the director of the public healthcare facility (SPZOZ) ​​told me that the decision would be waiting for me on Tuesday at the registration desk of the rehabilitation facility on Bolewski Street in Krotoszyn. I will use this document in court because I refused to accept the fine, which is why the case was referred to court. The director of the SPZOZ also announced that an internal investigation would be conducted, which I hope will also be carried out. It's worth noting that I've been inspected at least several times and presented the same document as during today's stay at the rehabilitation facility and during the police intervention, and I've never had any problems. I hope the management will follow through on what I was told today. After the police intervention, I told the registration desk that I wanted to undergo rehabilitation, but I was told it wouldn't be done because it was scheduled for 10:30, which was much later. The receptionist (a blonde with rounded glasses) added, "If you'd like, please come on Tuesday at 10:30." I asked, "Due to today's police intervention, does this mean I'm giving up on rehabilitation altogether, or what does that mean?" The same woman replied, "It doesn't mean I'm giving up—you'll be going to the hospital for one more day." Overall, I still have a bad feeling about my next visit to this place. If I had known this would happen, I would have undergone rehabilitation elsewhere. I hope the director of the Independent Public Healthcare Center will take appropriate action in this matter, and I will be sure to ask about this matter as well. I will also request written information.

  It's worth noting from the outset that the entire process involves several facilities/buildings. I had to use the surgical clinic. Registration for this clinic starts at 6:30 a.m. (which is worth noting), while the doctor arrives at 7:00 a.m. After visiting the registration desk, we receive a number and patiently wait to be called by the lady at the office where we went for our appointment. Currently (date of review addition), there are two surgeons available to clients/patients: Horyza and Pełko (the latter has a much longer wait and a much higher patient volume, so you need to be patient). (This is a subjective opinion – but in my case, it's worth it). Of course, as with any clinic. There are pros and cons – but it's a safe bet considering the Polish National Health Fund (NFZ) standards – I recommend it.

  I'd love to give it no stars. The phone registration is a disaster; the line is constantly busy, and when there's a signal, they don't answer.
