  I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic! I've lived in the city center my whole life, and finding a good clinic was a real challenge. Since I moved near this one, I'm confident I'll have easy access to the doctor, as well as make appointments for my husband and children. I'll start with the cloakroom attendants, who greet patients from the moment they walk in and chat pleasantly, and the cleaning ladies, who keep the clinic clean, even when parents are constantly coming in with strollers. Thank you to the receptionists, who are always helpful, reassuring, and most importantly, they answer the phone! Which isn't so common in other places. I've never heard a bad word from them, and my children enjoy talking to them and sometimes receive stickers. Even when my children were seriously ill, they were always helpful. I'd also like to thank the nurses, who turned blood draws and tests into something peaceful, so none of us are afraid to come to them. Ewa, in particular, is incredibly calming to the children. My daughter wasn't afraid to pull the glass out of her leg in her presence; she chatted so much that she didn't even notice when it was over. And of course, the doctors – Dr. Niedziela, who has a wealth of patience with children and guided us through our problem better than the doctors at the Mother and Child Institute. She always listens to our problem and helps us solve it. Finally, I'd like to thank Dr. Matłoch, who, both during my pregnancy and beyond, always exuded great calm and was kindly inquisitive. When I came with one problem, he was able to recognize it was related to something else after a quick interview and refer me to specialists who helped me. During my visits with him, I never worried he would dismiss me, because he always cares about the patient and won't stop helping until the test results are positive. Thank you again to all the clinic staff! Our entire family feels completely taken care of.

  Today I had a gastroscopy at this clinic, which isn't exactly a "nice" procedure. It was performed by the very kind Dr. Piotr Warczyński. He explained everything, put my mind at ease, and above all, conducted the procedure with exceptional professionalism. He and the nurse created a friendly and calm atmosphere. If you need a gastroscopy, you can only go to Dr. Warczyński. I recommend it and thank you, because it was a very enjoyable experience. Halina Przybylska

  I wholeheartedly recommend pediatric dentistry, and Dr. Natalia Kozłowicz in particular. Natalia's warmth, calmness, and extraordinary patience made our child feel safe and important. Every gesture, every word, and every smile were incredibly meaningful. This wasn't just a visit to the dentist—it was an encounter with someone who truly understands children and puts her heart into what she does. We are incredibly grateful and wholeheartedly recommend her to every parent. You never forget doctors like her.

  Good morning, I'd like to leave a positive review of the doctor (Dariusz Jaklewicz) and the nurse at the gastroenterology ward (Klaudyny 26B). I had a gastroscopy without anesthesia, and for the first time in my life, I was very scared and had a panic attack, but the entire medical staff, including the receptionist upstairs, reassured me and showed me tremendous empathy. The doctor is simply wonderful, with a great sense of humor. A huge thank you!!! I should add that everything was done under the National Health Fund (NFZ).
