We extend our special gratitude to Dr. Konrad Pilarczyk for his calm, composure, commitment, and support, which allowed us to confidently navigate the labor process and welcome our son into the world. We would also like to thank: • the wonderful midwives – for their care, warmth, and patience, • the nurses – for their professional assistance and kind words, • the doctors on duty – for their vigilance and readiness to act, • the anesthesiology team – for their professionalism and support at key moments, • the emergency room staff – for the efficient and kind reception, • the ward staff – for the organization and smooth operation of the ward, • the labor and delivery and postpartum ward staff – for their care, comfort, and smiles, • the kitchen staff – for the daily meals that gave us strength and energy, • the orderlies and cleaning staff – for allowing us to stay in a well-kept and safe environment, • and all the other people, whose names and roles are too numerous to mention, who also contributed to making us feel cared for, safe, and at peace.   I wholeheartedly recommend it; the care is simply amazing. They care and respect their patients; you can calmly tell them what the problem is, and the doctors are sure to find the best solution. I had a miscarriage, and they performed test after test to make sure nothing was missed. Their genuine dedication was evident. The doctor who saw me talked to me a lot, trying to make things better. The women came in, asked if everything was okay, if I was in pain, or if they would give me something. Every time they saw me stressed or in pain, they talked and comforted me. It's a truly recommendable hospital. I gave birth to my daughter at Zdroje, and there's no comparison in terms of care and doctors. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

  Doctors' care. About 90% of the medical staff perform their duties properly. There are a few gems among the staff, but if you fall into that remaining 10%, you might not make it out of this hospital. Jewelry is stolen in the mortuary. How rude do you have to be to take something like that from a dead person? That's what ruins this hospital.

  The emergency room in this hospital should not even exist, just like this pseudo clinic that closes whenever it wants and sends people away empty-handed, and the blonde lady who sits there claims that we pay for health, not for the hospital, she's mocking people.
