  Edit: I had to edit because I received a letter from the law firm commissioned by the clinic and the nurse, so it's less detailed. P.S. It's GDPR, I can guess where you got the address, but it's wrong. It was picked up by a member of my fiancée's family, meaning a third party. A word of caution! I discharged my child from this clinic. I'm mainly referring to the children's vaccination center, or rather, the vaccination nurse. Description of our visit with my child at the clinic: In addition to the vaccine we brought from the pharmacy, the vaccination nurse started preparing another vaccine from the refrigerator, one that wasn't supposed to be administered to my child. When my fiancée and the second nurse pointed out why she was preparing a vaccine that wasn't needed, she didn't know what to say. But why was this second vaccine being prepared? Four months before the visit described above, we had a situation where the vaccination nurse took our paid vaccine from the waiting room (under the pretext of preparing it, as if she couldn't do it in front of just one of us) and locked herself in the room with it. Perhaps there's a rational explanation for these situations that we didn't receive? Putting the facts together, we didn't feel our child was safe, so we discharged him from the clinic. We also didn't want to be upset because the nurse doesn't wash her hands before vaccinating. After putting on gloves, she has a million other things to do. Remember, gloves should be sterile. After showing proof of the nurse's lack of hygiene, the clinic did nothing. She merely apologized for the nurse's rudeness, not addressing the lack of hygiene at all.

  I'm outraged. I called the emergency room today, and the receptionist suggested I call the NPL (National Public Health Service) that a doctor was coming there, too. They'd take me to the hospital, and my mom really didn't want to. So I called. The woman who answered was very nice. She told me to wait for the doctor to call, so he could decide if he would come. The doctor didn't know what he expected, because I couldn't buy the medication anyway, because it was after 9 p.m. Inhaled steroids, because it was probably my larynx. In the end, my mom ended up in the hospital, because it was probably my lungs. I thought being a doctor was a calling. It's better not to find a doctor, because he wouldn't help anyway.

  Over a year ago, I left my phone number at a treatment center to get mental health help through the National Health Fund (NFZ). A week ago, a psychologist called me. Finally, I was thrilled to schedule an appointment, which I couldn't make due to traffic jams. At the time, I was also changing jobs, so I didn't have insurance for only a few days. The psychologist kindly told me she would consider me as soon as I got insurance. A few days later, I wrote to the psychologist that I was already covered by health insurance, and she then told me her schedule was already booked until the end of the year. In short, it was a disaster. Not only did I have to wait a very long time, but I was also rejected by the psychologist. If this continues with other people, I don't wish the clinic the best.
