I have been there for my eye problem, of course I had to pay after having insurance because I was not able to wait 4-5 days to get an appointment. so I paid that amount and got the appointment. At the reception counter they both were so helpful and patiently deal with me, I really want to appreciate both of them. because of these 2 persons (1 male and 1 was female), I got my appointment and got to know the process and many other things about polish medical facilities, of course with the terms. And the lady Dr. in building B, was also so kind and she attended me patiently because she did not understand english and I do not understand polish but still, the way she treated me I felt worthy to pay rather than waiting to get and treatment through insurance.

I have never seen a hospital ward so neat and clean. In general, the receptionists do care about giving out the proper instructions, doctors are professional and caring...worth all my money

I don't know where the enthusiasm for the hospital comes from, because I'm a little disappointed with the organization, or rather the lack thereof. There are only a few people available for orthopedic procedures, and it's impossible to get information about the patient order (even an approximate one) an hour before the procedure. Contact with the ward is very difficult if the procedure was performed in the afternoon – at the family's express request, the nurses' station number is provided. The nurse who answered the patient's private phone commented, "Please tell your daughter you're asleep." Perhaps it's worth limiting the patient's contact with loved ones? Especially in the case of serious bone surgery when everyone is under stress, dear staff. This isn't about removing a skin lesion under local anesthesia... The icing on the cake is the issue of suitcase size, which the hospital doesn't inform you about during the qualification appointment for the procedure – it turns out you're only allowed to bring what fits in the bedside cabinet, and your family is supposed to urgently collect the suitcase. If someone is from a distance, should they also have to travel many kilometers to get the suitcase? Information regarding visiting hours varies – the registration form says something different than what's found on the hospital website. I think that, especially with commercial procedures, patients and their families expect a much more efficient flow of information and much better organization.

Professional and compassionate care during and after labor. From the very first moments, I felt safe and cared for. The hospital staff cared for my needs and those of my baby. They showed great interest, support, and assistance. I extend my special gratitude to the midwife who delivered the baby, Katarzyna Hajduk – her calmness, experience, and immense support were invaluable. At every stage, she encouraged me and helped me through this unique yet challenging moment. Thanks to her dedication, I have positive memories of the birth.

RADIOLOGY; I DO NOT RECOMMEND! 10-week wait from registration to report! The exam itself is quite attractive, but the report itself is the problem. Reports are made by a random doctor from a national radiology portal. From the time of the exam, the report takes a whopping 8 weeks! I missed my appointment with a specialist because of this! The next issue is the complete lack of parking! A huge number of patients come to the clinic and hospital. The hospital is on the outskirts and has terrible access. Szparagowa Street has been undergoing renovations for six months, making it one-way and likely remaining that way until the summer. The parking lot in front of the clinic is dramatically small, and it's also occupied by a mammoth bus, envelopes, flowerbeds, and employee vehicles permanently parked there. There are no barriers, no access control. It's dark, cramped, potholed, and messy! The only place to park is in the parking lot of a nearby supermarket. It's incredibly bad that one private entrepreneur is illegally exploiting the infrastructure of another. In the supermarket parking lot, signs read, "Parking for supermarket customers ONLY!" There was no mention of SALVE customers. I felt like a fraud and a thief trying to get parking tickets!
