I'm very disappointed with an orthopedic specialist due to his unprofessional behavior. He did not review my medical results, refused to provide me with the necessary documents and he's really runaway , and he spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful manner. I expected respectful and professional treatment because of you marketing and pub but in réalité it's fake. I believe that a doctor should show humanity and compassion, as they are meant to help people. Because of this negative experience, i no longer wish to return to that clinic.

I booked a visit with dr ortopeda. I was waiting for 1h or more for the visit and the consultation took max 10 min. I paid almost 400 zł for such a short visit. Dr was rude, barely looked at me and told me that my knee only hurts because I'm getting old (I'm 25) and prescribed me some expensive medications that didn't help at all. Dr didn't even suggest some rtg or physiotherapy to complement the treatment. Nothing. Nie polecam. Apart from that, poradnia looks nice and has klimatyzacja which is a plus

It is a very nice experience! I went to have ASAP check up due to my skin allergy. At first I ask the receptionist if there is available family doctor then ahe told me that it will be the next day but when I decided to change tonhave appointment to a dermatologists, the reception check again without any hesitation. The receptionist is very helppfull and very accomodating! And for the dermatologist doctor, Doctor Merek Kot the medicine that he prescribed for me did a big help. It really cure my skin allergy in just 3 days 😇

So satisfied always , so helpful stuff , so positive people , they are always doing the best in there power to help the clients . Always clean and organised , they speak also English and that's very important for foreigners. Doctors over there are so experienced , and always update if there is everything is more than OK. Thanks 😊
