I'm outraged by the way the Salve dermatology clinic on Łagiewnicka and Pomorska Streets in Łódź operates. I scheduled my child for a dermatologist a year and a half ago. During that time, we've only managed two appointments. For the past six months, the situation has been absurd – every month, an appointment is scheduled, and then just before the due date, I receive a call informing me that it's canceled and needs to be rescheduled for the following month. And so it goes. Recently, our appointment has been rescheduled for the second time, both on Łagiewnicka and Pomorska Streets. This is an outrageous approach to patients, especially when it comes to a child requiring specialist care. It's difficult to understand how it's possible that an appointment can't be made for six months. Parents manage their time, take time off work, plan their child's treatment – and yet the clinic regularly cancels appointments without any real solution. I'm fed up with this treatment of patients. I expect reliability, respect for parents' time, and above all, responsibility towards children who need medical attention. I do not recommend it if someone expects timely and stable care.

For the first time in my life, I encountered a speechless, idiotic doctor. I'm referring to the urologist, Dr. Marcin, who didn't even show any interest in the patient. I had to ask him for any advice regarding the problem myself. If you want a "walk in, pay, and walk out" experience with a signed document, without any help or advice, this is a great place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. P.S. Don't be swayed by the opinions of znadnidoktor.pl.
