Most Traumatic physical and psychological experience of my daughter. On April 3rs 2024 we visited Przychodnia Salve ul Gojawiczynskiej 1/3 doctor Kowalcczyk-Steglinska Mariia with my daughter who is 5 years old now. The problem was that my daughter had labia minora fusion. When the examination started my daughter resisted, because she was scared. The doctor ignored her feelings and kept saying to her: 'Chcesz być kaleką?' She applied lidocaine (I found out about this later) and, without my consent, forcibly separated the fused tissues with her own hands. She didn't even explain what she was going to do. Her attitude to my crying daughter was: "to nie boli, nie wymyślaj" After the procedure she told me that my daughter is ''histeryczka ale daliśmy radę". When I asked her about her future visits to the gynecologist and explained my daughter has low pain tolerance, she didn't give me a coherent answer. When we came home, my daughter's underwear was in blood and now she is experiencing pain while urinating and she simply is afraid to go to the toilet. I know that our initial problem could have been addressed with just applying ointment with the hormone "estriolum". Basically I wanted to be advised on replacement of the previous hormone, as my daughter experienced redness and burning from it. Instead, she was subjected to some medieval and cruel methods of treatment. I am truly shocked and can't get over it. This is totally unacceptable. All we had is lack of professionalism and compassion, which is deeply disappointing and distressing.

Occupational medicine at this clinic is a disaster. Individual offices are set up for appointments every 10 minutes, and doctors are 15 minutes late for work. Furthermore, no "me" or "be." No "sorry." The entire examination schedule falls apart like dominoes. And you're left thriving in the hallway, waiting in line like it was during the communist era.

Shocking. What I experienced at the clinic today was a joke. I waited eight days for today's appointment. It was to issue a health certificate. The appointment was on time, but it didn't achieve its goal because the doctor wasn't qualified to issue such a document because she wasn't a specialist. My question is, why would such a doctor work in a primary care setting? I was offered an appointment for December 1st, but I declined because I needed the document for Friday. After a heated exchange, an appointment was made for today at 6:30 PM. I'll also add that I've been sick several times over the past year, but I've never been able to get an appointment at this clinic, and I've been forced to use holiday assistance or the emergency room. I highly recommend avoiding them.

I'm a patient at this facility, and so is my husband. Today, the final straw was the final straw – my husband's appointment with his internist was canceled for the fourth time in a row in two weeks. What's more, no one even called him or offered any other options; only a text message was sent and, WARNING! A beep went off! Do I understand that someone can get sick and die without medical attention? How many times can appointments be canceled? It's winter, people get sick and can't get to their primary care doctor! But the best thing was the woman on the hotline, who responded to our complaints by saying, "OF COURSE, IT'S HOLIDAY!" First of all, today is December 19th, and secondly, I understand – when it's the holidays, people can get sick on their own... Something definitely doesn't add up here!
