Booked online a dexa scan in this precise location with confirmation of address included. When I arrived the person at reception advised within seconds that I am booked in Łódź, which is not the case (I have screenshots of location confirmation) and was told they do not have this machine here and to leave as this was website error. Wow, I was booked for days so if you knew it was a website error then should have been informed of this asap and not waste my time and money getting here. Will not return for any other services at this business due to this as no longer trust them.

I think the doctors at this clinic are incompetent. I went to them with a situation where I needed to regulate my cycle after stopping hormonal contraceptives. I ended up having surgery (to remove adhesions) and was prescribed hormonal treatment, tests, ultrasounds, consultations... It's only gotten worse, and I haven't received timely feedback from the doctor for over a month now, either on my tests or my treatment plan.

I've had a truly frustrating experience with this clinic. I called in for an appointment and was placed in line, hearing that my number was progressing from 5 to 1. Just when I thought I was next, they suddenly jumped back to 7! This endless waiting is completely unacceptable and feels like a waste of my time and money for calls. I strongly urge the clinic to address this issue and respect their patients' time.

I had a normal check up appointment the with doctor Witold Ledowicz, he is a great doctor, kind, calm, and explaining all the details carefully. What is more, he gave me time to ask all questions and answered them. I am super happy with this visit, definitely I will be back to him. Also the lady in the reception was so kind and helpful.
